The Home Depot, Zanesville OH

Had SEVERAL affordable options to replace my old fridge. Food was saved thanks to Home Depot, actually able to take a fridge home that day, unlike similar blue hardware store.

Always something going on here! Almost every thing you need under one roof! Just some of the shelves we got from our hometown Home Depot and this bada$$ crock wipes semi!

Called Pro desk to place order for lumber for 3 decks. Was told they were too busy to deal with it. So then I had to email them my list. Was called back with total and order placed. Scheduled pickup time for Noon the next day. Show up and order was not ready. 2 hours later FINALLY bring the order out and half of it was untreated lumber when we ordered treated lumber. Now sitting for another hour while they refund and rescan everything and start the order all over. So now 3 hours later still waiting on the order. We will not be coming back for anymore of our lumber needs.

Our freezer gave out tonight after just purchasing a 1/4 beef. No one had what we needed in stock. Connie got manager approval for us to buy the floor model! She saved the day & $900 worth of beef! Thank you Connie for going out of your way to help us!

Typical Home Depot. Nice, clean, organized. What I did notice from the one I went to yesterday. They don't have a big selection of the Milwaukee tool boxes. Went there to get another one because the one I originally went to was sold out, and they had a HUGE selection! Kinda odd since I thought they basically set the same. But any how this one was decent

Was unable to purchase item I went there for because they had the aisle blocked off. Staff wasn’t very helpful.

I shop at this home depot pretty frequently but unfortunately they always seem to be understaffed. Whenever I need help it's hard to find somebody but when I do they are happy to help me. Overall, the store itself is pretty clean and the staff that I have talked to always seems to be pretty nice. Most of the time the restrooms are dirty. Just my experience.

Have shopped at Home Depot all over the country. This store is by far the best around, and I can't get very far into the store without being greeted and asked how they can help, Dave in Paint took us across the store to help us find what we needed. Tina B helped us lay out our kitchen. She is friendly and knowledgeable.and so patient with all our changes.

Staff is usually very helpful when I need it. They honestly have the best return policy I have ever seen as well.

We bought several items at the Zanesville Ohio store. Brian was the biggest help. He helped us get everything we needed and knew what we should buy. He was the best helper we’ve ever had and the checkout girl helped us in every way she could. 5 stars for this stores service

Free standing building. Lots of available parking. Handicap parking located close to entrance and exits. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance/exits. Came in to purchase bricks, stones, blocks, pebbles, gardening supplies, and more! Monica in the Garden (and stones) area was very kind, pleasant and helpful. Our 2nd trip up, before they closed at 8pm, we brought her a caramel sundae, from Whit's frozen yogurt, as a "thank you" for helping us in such unforgiving hot weather, during our first trip earlier the same evening. Our experience was a good, positive one. Highly recommend this establishment for your DIY projects. Enjoy and Godspeed everyone!

Home Depot is a good place to get what you need but in my opinion this Home Depot just has that little extra, I really enjoy this store.

Associates are always helpful and will guide you to any item you cannot find, much better than competitor down the street

There so many Is racist people working in this store I waited 15 minutes in line at the costumer service counter and watched this guy ask everyone else for help that was standing in line for help I just walked out.

Bought Scott's brown mulch for 2 different customers and the first customer there was bought 40 bags and it failed almost right away then bought the other 10 bags and I stayed a rich brown color the other customer there was 15 bags put on and there's part of it has no color now. I may have to purchase and replace at my costs!

Disappointed today, as I stand here in there appliances I've had 3 or 4 workers walk by without asking if I needed help out if I had any questions. Terrible customer service today.
