It is absurd how much better this store is than the Lowes up the street. This store is actually aesthically pleasing and the people working here will actually offer you help. I live next to Lowes but I'm going to drive the extra half mile to actually go to an enjoyable store.
Just fixed one of your installs for carpet. In the almost 20 years I've been doing this job. I have never seen a install this bad before not one thing was done professionally. Was not power stretch. The concrete tackless was barely installed. Along with the transitions they were extremely loose. It's beyond me how they even lasted this long. The moisture barrier pad did not have any tape along the seams of the pad. Therefore if anything is spilt along the seams of the pad. It will just soak through making the moisture barrier pad useless. I would avoid any big box stores they do not pay there installers enough therefore have no real professionals. Always said the installers they have are guys that can't make it anywhere else. Your install may look good for a year but after 5 years you will need to get a real professional in there to correct all the wrongs. Can't believe what I just witness in this customers house they did not deserve this. Shame on these box stores. Shop local people you will not regret it
So I ordered some wood trim. I called to see why they haven't contacted me to pick it up. The girl says it doesn't show I paid for it. Then she cuts me off and doesn't come back to the phone for over 25 minutes so I call on my other phone. Then they say there is no operator to answer the phone. Wow so now what.
Over the course of the past 3 weeks was in need of two appliances, a clothes dryer and a dehumidifier. The same young man, Kyle, took care of us for both purchases. Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Great service. Our store and location (Streetsboro) of choice.

Went to buy a washing machine. Supposed to be delivered Tuesday guaranteed. Not delivered till friday. The manager Rob AKA Dietz, what's that about AKA. Thought it was funny I didn't get my washing machine delivered. Corporate was no help managers no help just a but a bunch of lying thieves. Shop somewhere else do yourself a favor
I know I have placed a review on here and now I see that it has been removed. I had an ongoing poor experience with this store and getting a Ryobi weed eater repaired. It was taken in several time and held throughout the duration of the warranty. Everytime I would pick it up, it was always "misplaced" and required well over an hour to find. The most recent time it was collected, it was found on their tool rental rack. Now that Home Depot is out of tool repair I had to contact Ryobi directly. They advised me that it is out of warrant and Home Depot either did not send it out, or sent it to an un-airhorized repair facility. Ryobi offered to extend the warranty if I could provide paperwork from Home Depot. I've called several times and have only been ignored. No integrity or professionalism at this location.
My favorite HD, even though there are two closer to home. Always well-stocked, especially for plants and outdoor stuff. The store is neat, and somehow the layout and lighting seem a little better than some others, which may just be me, I don't know. Nice staff. Always my go-to, especially over the "blue" store down the road.
Called customer service 3 times, it rang and rang and rang, until they picked up the phone and slammed it back down. Then I drove the 25 min drive up there to find out they don't sell the item I needed, it would be amazing if there was a number to call and check availability before wasting my time. Or if their employees would actually answer there phones
Can never have a bad experience at Home Depot. Heck, when Im feeling depressed I go to Home Depot just to parousse the tool isles and immediately feel better, lol
I rented a penske truck from home depot in Streetsboro. I Put the keys in drop box same night (1 day rental) and was charged over $500. Penske and home depot couldn't find the truck and reported it stolen. When it was dropped off the same night. They claim they can't find a big white 26 foot box truck on the security cameras.terrible customer service. For weeks penske was saying ill send you a check for our mistake then i call one day and all of a sudden it was miraculously reported stolen and they never tried to contact me. Not to mention I'm out of about $550 because penske and home depot has no idea how to check in trucks when they are received. I've rented trucks from pensk eand spent thousands at home depot. Neither one is seeing another penny from me. I will never reccomend them. This post will go on so many more websites. No one should have to go through this. Stay away!

I have never been to home depot that have a proper count on there inventory, and once they are trying 5o help me find what I need no body can seem to find what I need and they never want to leave there post to help me find what I need. I have had this same experience at three stores.
We purchased a $300 grill and had it delivered. The box was opened and retaped poorly. Many parts and instruction book were missing. They had to have known it was rummaged through before it was delivered to us. After returning it to the delivery warehouse, we bought one from somewhere else. Good customer service is dying out with these big box stores anymore. Extremely disappointed!
I was buying a ryobi vacuum there an I took it to check out an it was on sale for 199$ an it came up 250$ at check out an they had to have me go take a picture there workers did want to go look
