The Home Depot reviews
24I got everything i needed. The workers were so nice and helpful. Cant wait till mask are no longer needed.
I had a good experience at home depot, the service was good, I found what I was looking for with no problem
So very inspiring and inspirational for restoring my home, just wish I had the money to match my enthusiasm
The customer service there was amazing. The employees were friendly and very helpful. I will always go back️.
This homedepot sucks, they won’t even price match homedepot.com. They will make people who are already in the store to buy online, and then wait 2hrs for the ready pick up email, then they will give you the items
Found what we were looking for right away. Not enough help and had to walk aways to get to the nearest cash register!
I needed to run in for fuses. So happy they have them. The only problem was at the self checkout. I put a $20 bill in the machine to pay and the register didn't give me credit for paying. The staff took care of the problem and I was on my way.
This home depot is quite big and usually you could find what you need but please when it comes to look for help and I mean employees that really have at least a little bit of knowledge be careful to whom you really asking the questions some dont have any clue of what you are asking or any idea of what you need.this why im giving a 4 stars, the store is ok clean and organized not our favorite home depot at all.just only if we are in the neighborhood and need to something is fine.
Good product and service basically all contractors shop here more than any other big box stores
I had a great experience returning an item today. It was from another HD location, but they were able to square me away.
My only quibble is the electrical panel was blocked. One would expect a hardware store to be OSHA and NEC compliant.
The customer service was excellent and I was helped til I found exactly what I was looking for. And everything was pretty neat and accessible.
Help was too busy texting I had to call someone else passing by too bad that the lady who helped me was really nice and helpful bad apples everywhere
Helpful employees here that are semi knowledgeable. I can't really complain the lines are fast and I can usually find everything I need. I did have one issue with making an online order and they didn't have it ready that day but it was the holiday season so they were super busy. Also they don't have a huge selection of speaker wire which is odd.
I like the selection but most employees cant help u with what u need help with either finding or needing most cant even answer your questions
Home depot excepted a measuring job at cost and had me come into the store for a price quote to install my doors just to inform me they can't get the door size because of a one inch difference and didn't offer the money previously given in return it's sounds scammy
Its a decent store! The clerks are friendly and they usually have everything in stock that I'm looking for. Aside from looking like you walked into ETHIOPIA, AFRICA it's a good store.
I went online and signed up for a tile class at 10am on Saturday. When my friend and I get there they told us the class was cancelled because nobody signed up. I guess my confirmation email didn't mean anything. Plus the one person who could teach the class called off from work. Great!
The Steelyard location is the worst Home Depot in the area. We went there to shop for tiles. The selection was very limited. When we went to checkout, the only lines that were open where the self-checkouts. All four machines were open, but there were long lines and one employee manning a very slow computer to help everyone. The pro desk was open, but there was a huge line for that as well.
Numerous options, but it's difficult in the evenings to find assistance if needed. It can really feel like a ghost town. But I was able to find what I needed, and it wasn't expensive.
