The Home Depot, Lebanon OH

I needed to make an appointment with kitchen design. I held for 10 minutes while they tried to locate someone in kitchen and never found anyone. Then I waited another 5 minutes for someone to find a manager and then finally someone came on the line and said there were no managers in the building either! I don't even know what to say. The poor employee on the line even said "yes, I know this is ridiculous! "

I had a good time most of the people there were courteous all the people that work there were very helpful and courteous I got exactly what I needed

The store clerk, Stephanie, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and cool in finding us a refridg and a stove that fit our space, met our needs and most importanyly-was in stock. She deserves a raise and a medal. Home Depot did a lousy job of advertising their Labor Day weekend appliance sale WITHOUT PROVIDING THE PUBLIC WITH A HEADS EXPLAINING that there is barely anything to sell because so much of it is not in stock.and no mfg date available.

We were looking at hardware and needed help and Ethan came to the rescue! Very nice guy and very helpful!

Quick help with loading lawn mower box onto cart then into back of car. Was in store less than 5 minutes to make my purchase. 12 months same as cash qreat incentive coupon for over $299 purchase.

Clean, well stocked. Plenty of employees and most know what they are doing and all are happy and friendly!

We ordered an online order for pickup. They emailed us and said it was ready. We arrived and followed the instructions. We got a response saying your order will be out in a few minutes. After 15 minutes we went in the store and nobody was even working on it. After another 5-6 minutes they brought it out and said sorry for the wait. There wasn't even anyone else waiting for pickup so it's not like they were busy. I just think nobody knows how to use their automated system. It should have been waiting for us when we arrived. Especially since they said it was ready.

This place is such a f- ing joke. They never have what they say and laugh about it when trying to find it. Manager I dealt with has no customer skills. I done with them!

The staff is helpful and it is a good store. Just like any other Home depot its better you check online if the stuff you want actually, is on the store before visiting. Parking is enough and you will find all typical home depot stuff on the store. If you need help, feel free to ask an associate who are always ready to help you. Overall a good store.

If i could give a zero i would.to start went to look around and found a weedeater that was on sale for 20.00 less than what it is brand new so we ask if they would take just another 10.00 off and the JON the manger he could not and then let him that other store would try to see if they could and he say it was store policy and we then let him that that at we get 10% off with our card and then he say well that why all lowes was closing and was laugh about and as we was leaving he was laugh at us

Ordered too propane cylinders on line, no 30 lb cylinders in stock. They had them @ the store in a few days. Went & picked them up no problems. Got there, customer service was on top of it. Good job Depot staff.

Purchased an above stove top microwave oven and paid for installation. The installer was totally incompetent. He failed to measure existing mounting holes to verify fit and didn't bother to set the unit up for an external vent. Using the existing mounting holes led to cross threading the mounting screws. The installer then informed me that we had to contact Home Depot for a new unit since they could neither tighten nor remove the mounting screws. This occurred on Tuesday before thanksgiving. We were forced to buy a counter top microwave to make it through the holiday.

My advice is avoid buying anything from Home Depot that requires installation. They contract the work out to very incompetent installers and you'll be left unhappy with their work.

Always have a positive experience when I shop the Lebanon Home Depot.
I'm always greeted and asked what I need help with. Today I was helped by at least 6 people. First guy helped me search out outdoor spots and bulbs. Another guy helped me pick out a good deal. Dean also me with Christmas questions.
John helped me put together some PVC to design a support for my boat.
Love shopping here.
I need paint and that dept helped with suggestions for best coverage.
I'll be back to get my paint in the next couple days.
Home Depot isn't always the cheapest but the wonderful customer service from the staff will always keep me coming back.

Messy probably due to being a few days away from Christmas, but very polite and helpful employees

There was a sign up saying closing December 2nd at 6 p.m. I was curious if that meant the store was closing for good.

Its Home Depot. Same as the others. Good staff but perhaps not enough of them on hand when u need one. Use their online app to help locate what u need to find. It works well.

Helpful associates. Way too many in my opinion. But I was asked if I needed assistance 6 times walking from one end of the store to another. Wish that had this sort of coverage when I normally shop. Like I said.teaming with associates.

Good store, plenty of options at competitive pricing. Knowlagable staff always ready to help. Big and easily accessible parking area. Good store hours too. My favorite store with workers that go beyond help until you have what you need!

Too helpful. If I go to Home Depot in business clothes I can't get people to leave me alone. "Can I help you find anything? " is all I get.

Home Depot, please listen. I left the store today because I felt uncomfortable with the attention.

I'm pretty sure "The Home Depot" is the Male "Bed Bath and Beyond", because I would live in this store if I could. I like the one in Lebanon, particularly, because the customer service is rather good. I love the Military discount and they even give vets a parking space.

Unfortunately, I had a retired Navy veteran as my clerk, and while he took excellent care of me, he made terrible Naval Jokes, like the one about the stomach.
