We called Mark late Sunday night expecting to reach his voicemail, but he picked up, he had one flat fee and went above and beyond, shot it straight, overall well satisfied.
Mark was wonderful! He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of the inspection. He very clearly has a keen eye for any flaws/hazards that a home may posses. He ended up sending the inspection report sooner than the 24 hours window he initially gave us, so he his sure to keep his deadlines true to his word. You are able to ask questions during the inspection, and he almost rather prefers you walk around with him so you can see what it is that he’s seeing. Overall, would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs a place inspected, we were very pleased!

Not only did Mark do a great job, but he saved me on potential thousands of dollars by catching mold in an attic that most inspectors aren't required to check. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would.
