Rude staff. Uncomfortable rooms focused on appearance rather than comfort. No restaurant in the hotel. No continental breakfast. Miserable parking. No valet. No porter. Inconveniently located. Did I mention the rude staff? Not ADA compliant. They only have one elevator that is small and breaks down, frequently with guests in it. Anyone dream of getting stuck in an elevator when on vacation? By the way, the staff is rude.

The mini fridge and bathroom fan are incredibly loud. Breakfast was “included” but it’s just yogurt and muffins. Besides that, good price for a good location. Staff was very friendly.

Historic hotel walking distance from the lake. Shows its age in places, but fun.
