The Joint Chiropractic, Toledo OH

Amazing! The dr (Jillian) was super informative and helped me understand some very long-term chronic issues that I have been asking other drs about for years. I so appreciated her info. She also provided an excellent adjustment. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful too! I will never hesitate to go back, whenever I’m in town.

I would like to say that the chiropractors are great at this location, but this location should choose receptionist more carefully. Onna (spelling maybe off) dark hair and multiple piercings was less than professional. I understand that locations can be busy and she may be stressed, but being rude to customers is not the answer. I’m not sure if I will return the this location after dealing with her lack of professionalism.

Overall a nice place but they try to trick you into thinking a membership is necessary. You do NOT need your back cracked 7 times in 1 month! Ridiculous. Just pay per visit. You will save your back and money!

I highly recommend them, I got in right away and figured out what I needed to get done and also what the problem was but we all figured it out easily. Thank you for helping me in ways I couldn’t help myself.

I typically have had great experiences at The Joint locations across the US. The chiropractor will ask a few questions and have me lay on the table and help me relax a little.
However, this was the most rushed and most aggressive adjustment I have ever received. I'm actually more stiff now than when I went in.
It's as if the chiropractor was trying to set a new world speed record for shortest time spent adjusting someone by pushing as hard as he could to get the joints to move rather than being specific with any technique.
Now, I normally don't mind a bit of pressure or a very assertive adjustment, but this was next level. It actually hurt and made me want to tense up for fear of being injured. I winced in pain when the doc tried to adjust my neck. It didn't "pop" the way he wanted so he simply reemed harder and then even harder. That was his solution to everything- just shove harder or apply more pressure.
This was the worst adjustment I've ever experienced in 30 years of chiropractor visits.
If you want the most aggressive and quickest adjustment ever, go here. If you want a quality adjustment, go elsewhere.
The rating is 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the desk attendant was pleasant and they gave me an ice pack to put on my now really stiff and aching neck.

They saw me as soon as I checked in. Adjusted my back and neck and I was back on the road within minutes. I recommend this location.

Awesome place, never a long wait. Chiropractors are all very professional and Makenzie at the front desk will always make you feel right at home. Can't say enough about the staff, especially when it comes to Makenzie. Amazing place and affordable!

Buyer beware. Dr. Jillian charged me $98 dollars. She did not explain to me that I would have to pay $29 plus the $69 a month fee when I joined. Really wanted to use this facility but that is completely shady. I called and they are going to refund the $69 but I will NEVER use this place again and will contact the BBB as well as advise others to go elsewhere.
