Worst place we ever rented. Even after paying all the rent on time, they added last month's rent after we moved out. Even after visiting them at the office, they kept saying to email us. Our access to the portal was taken away right after the last day and we were not able to complain about it to them. It has gone under CSU management, and we don't know who will get our issue sorted. They charged us with 1699 dollars extra which is one month's rent. Do not rent here. As an international student, it was so difficult to pay that amount, and always did that on time, yet I was charged with such a huge amount and no one is ready to take this up to at least reply to us.

Lived here for the 3 years strictly for the convenience and affordability but probably would have been better off somewhere else. The staff was always friendly but there was never clear communication or much help even after many calls and maintenance requests. Where do I start with the maintenance issues? It always takes at least a week for maintenance to come fix the issues (which isn’t necessarily their fault that the appliances are cheap and break easily). The elevators were often broken as were the front, side, or back door locks. We had to get new washer or dryers when ours would randomly stop working. Most recently, our AC has been broken since May (it is now the end of July) and we have spent the entire summer with no AC. With no AC, we have to open the windows which lets in the poor air quality, bad smells, bugs, rain, etc.which is all bad for our health and allergies. On top of it, our disposal breaks after putting the smallest amount of waste. I’m currently staring at a clogged sink about 3 inches deep of dirty dish sink water that has been there for 3 days now. I cannot even begin to describe the smell. As a cherry on top, our fridge stopped working last night. Thank god we move out tomorrow! Other than the terrible experience with our appliances, the units provide a decent space and plenty of amenities.

WORST Management Ever. DO NOT RENT HERE, I repeat DO NOT RENT HERE. They'll eat up your deposit and never reply back. I've been following with them since August 2022 but never get a status on my refund of Deposit. On call they just tell you to mail the manager. Idk where the manager is so busy to reply to a single mail sent. Save yourself from these fraud people. Would have given 0 stars if I could.
