Beautiful, clean space with excellent amenities. Everyone was warm and welcoming. I had an hour facial with Olivia and it was next level luxurious. From the product to the massage everything was perfect. Great product selection as well at a competitive price. I highly recommend.

Amazing experience with Olivia! She was incredibly thorough, and my skin feels so soft after dermaplaning. I highly recommend the Laser Loft and their amazing esties. The space itself is also beautiful and clean, and my husband and I walked away with some great products.

If you’re looking for the best self care treat- then book a facial with Rebecca! She’s simply the best! She takes great care in understanding your skin needs, gives the most relaxing massage while treating your face with extreme care. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and glowing. Last time I left my facial and went to get my hair done and my stylist said you look amazing- what did you do? And it was just a facial! Highly recommend working with Rebecca!

I can’t say enough good things about The Laser Loft! I previously had laser hair removal through a plastic surgeon office in Dublin and had horrific experiences. I would get a different tech, nurse, or whomever was available each time I went which led to confusion on what area I was treating, along with inconsistent treatments. This ultimately led to not great results after thousands of dollars spent. Fast forward 5 years and I feel I’m starting at square one. I decided to give Laser Loft a try after reading reviews and I’m so glad I did. I knew I had made a better decision right after my consultation. Leah was great to speak with and I felt she tailored our conversation around my specific needs. I was able to schedule my first laser appointment the next day with Marley whom I LOVE! My first treatment left me in tears after realizing how important it is to find someone who specializes in laser hair removal. Let’s just say it was the best treatment I have ever experienced. I lost my unwanted hair a week later and have had better results from a single treatment than I have had with over a dozen treatments elsewhere. Kelly (owner) is amazing too! Made me feel right at home and part of the family. I’m also thrilled I will be treated by Marley each time I visit. Feels more personable and I’m more confident in my results! The Laser Loft is the best place for your hair removal needs. My experience was quick, painless and my results are absolutely fabulous on my neckline and my eyebrows! When it comes to customer service they are THE BEST company in the business, always warm and friendly greetings and great conversations!

I have been using Laser Loft for many years. Kelly has truly blossomed from being at a Salon Loft by herself to what she has now. I see Sara there for laser and adore her!

Really did not appreciate how Kelly talked to me or treated me. When I explained she got me mixed up with another patient there was no action taken to correct her error. She's very interruptive and needs to listen to recieve, not listen to respond. And she says she's the owner of the business so, guess I'll be going somewhere else. I wasted time and fuel for this appointment. Beware.

Response to Kelly's comment on my review: that's odd because we had an extensive phone conversation about your demeanor and how you had mixed me up with another customer and you were very condescending, interruptive, and rude in your communication style. I suggest you update your organizational methods- you don't get to dismiss a negative review. I chose not to provide my name for my own privacy. If you don't recall this experience in particular, I'm wondering if this is a reoccurring issue you have.

Thank you Kelly and the amazing staff for making this a great experience. Very knowledgeable and was patient with all my questions. As a nurse I appreciate their professionalism and how clean the spa was. If you ever had doubts about laser hair removal, trust me this place is amazing and it will change your life!

I recently signed up for for the face reality program with Olivia to help clear up my skin. She did a great job and it’s really helped me. The Laser Loft is a great place and everyone is so friendly and helpful.

I deal with ingrown hairs all over my body and face. This was the best treatment ever for it. Some areas are not the most comfortable for a guy to have treated. Meaning where they are not the pain. I was surprised that it didn't really hurt at all. Marshelle made me feel very comfortable and it has almost completely fixed my ingrown hairs. Plus I hardly ever shave any more. Big plus for me. Love the place and the team.
