I went here the other day for the first time and had an absolutely amazing time! Just from management to the back, everybody was friendly and made me feel great and beautiful

Had my lashes done for the first time ever by Macy and absolutely love them! She did a great job and my overall experience at this location was amazing. Will definitely return!

Came here for the first time and had a lovely experience. The staff is the sweetest and make you feel welcome right when you walk in! Would recommend to a friend!

Do not ever go to this place solely because of the way they will handle you if you have a problem. I started to get my lashes done here in August for my bridal shower and had no problem at all. I decided to return in October and was lashed by a new stylist. Because they had done good before I got a membership. However, when this stylist did my lashes they would mostly fall out in about 2-3 days.

I waited for my 2 week fill and told the stylist what happened and she apologized and said she would fix it and to call if it happened again. Indeed it happened again. I call and they said they could fix it with her and then told me she wasn't available the day I was scheduled to get it fixed and another lash tech fixed it. When the other lasher fixed my lashes they lasted about 2 to 3 weeks with no issue. I came back again for a fill and was scheduled with the same lasher who I had lash issues with previously. My lashes started coming out that very same day. On the counters. In the bed. Everywhere you can see lashes around my house. Even my husband said something. I called back and explained I was having the same issue. They told me they couldn't fix it because no one was available and I would have to pay again to fix it. I told them that wasn't a solution and was unacceptable.

They then referred me to the rocky river location to see if they had availability to fix the issue. I requested twice to speak to management but never could at Crocker. I called rocky river and told them what was goin on and the owner apologized for the issues I was having and explained that they are different owners. Which she didn't need to apologize at all because she isn't CROCKER location. I went to get my lashes filled at rocky river and left a great tip for their inconvenience. Again no problem with my lashes at Rocky River with a different stylist.

I reached out to Crocker location again and asked that they cancel my membership. They said it was a form I had to fill out and send back via email and they would send it same day. Never got the form. Called another day and no answer to inquire about the form. Reached out to them again and asked for the form. They finally sent it and then proceeded to charge my card another membership fee for another month. I called the salon no answer. I went to the salon and no-one was sitting in the front to help. I text them after and told them they need to refund me and these people had the nerve to tell me they are unable to refund me and the policy is 30 day written notice. Who does this? They know it's been an issue, no manager to fix the issue and you handle it this way? And companies want to call customers crazy when they go off after being taken advantage of. What a hassle.smh

Now why would you lie? ! I wear wigs.no treatments. Especially oil treatments. Now you're pissing me off. Yes you just sent emails refunding my money because I told you I was coming up to the salon tomorrow. You only fixed my lashes once and I have paid EVERY TIME! I requested you to fix them a second time after Aliyah and was sent to rocky river.so where are you getting 5 times liar. I was going to move on but You are officially a liar and I am leaving this in every place to review your business.

What you should have done was reach out and handle it correctly. I only had an issue when Aaliyah did my lashes. I was trying to be nice and not mention her.but when Macy and 2 other stylist did my lashes they were great! I had no complaints. I explained that to your receptionist but maybe you aren't aware since you never took the time to reach out to me for the phone call I requested multiple times. Which if you did you would've seen that this didn't happen with other stylists which I kept explaining when booking and kept getting Aaliyah. I have receipts and have documented this process so to blame me about hair treatments that I have never received, because I don't even get treatments for my hair is INSANEEEEEE! Bad business. Now to yelp I go. You're a joke.

This was my first time ever getting lash extensions and went into The Lash Lounge with very little knowledge about last extensions. Immediately as I walked in the door I was greeted, the manager Tia walked me through every step and went into detail about all my options. I will definitely be returning as well as recommending people to this location as everyone there is very friendly and professional.

This was my first time ever getting extensions and their manager Tia helped explain all my options and she was so sweet. My lashes look great and I definitely would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get their lashes done!

I think it's hilarious that when you get a bad review all of a sudden 9 good ones pop up within a few hours to combat what you do as management.lol Here is my response to this owner who's trying to save face. I was so nice about this but the service from management is why you are getting reviews from me. I told the receptionist on many occasions how much I personally like Aaliyah and the other stylists. Energy was great and super nice. Great conversations. Kudos. This is not to bash them personally. It's management who made this an issue by not calling and figuring out the issue with the customer. Which Ive been transparent about. So girls be mad about how your representative treated the customer. I was also leaving names out because of this but he got on here and bold face lied.

This is Nicole responding to Joel. So you continue to lie. Let me be clear. I have ONLY had this issue when Aaliyah did my lashes. SO to say it's been with 5 plus stylist is bull. I explained that to the receptionists that's why this is so lame what happened. To that point. I even waited instead of complaining the first time for my paid 2 week fill to explain my concern. I had only been to 1 stylist before that and had no issues. Had I received better lash styles of course because your salon does basic lashes but that is what I was looking for. I then went to Aaliyah and the first time was fine.this happened when I got a fill with her and continued. When I explained it to her, she is so sweet she apologized and said if it happened again to call this time instead of waiting.so I did when it happened. I was booked with another stylist to fix the issue because Aaliyah was out. This girl saw my lashes and agreed that they looked nuts. She fixed them. I think her name was Macy. They lasted just fine. I came back for a fill and again Aaliyah did the lashes on December 15th.before the holiday and had the same issue. This is when they told me there was no availability and go to rocky river. The point is I have been to 5 stylist since starting to pay you when I relocated here back in July. This only happened with 1 stylist. HELLOO lol And Rocky River has been great and my retention has been amazing. SO you see where the problem is. You see how easy it was to fix it. It's okay though because rocky river can get the money now. Just thought people should know how poorly the issue was handled. No need to keep responding.et a review be a review.and move on. You dropped the ball.

Nicole, I have to correct your story for the record. Concerning your adhesion problem, we advised you that the hair treatments that you were doing outside the salon were causing an oil buildup that was interfering with the lash adhesive. This was true for the 4 times we re-applied the lashes in an attempt to get around this problem, which we did at no charge. The 5th time you requested was during the Christmas holidays were we had no openings and we refunded your money. Have a Happy New Year.

Had a free consultation as I did not know what I wanted. Very pleasant you practitioner clearly explained options. I than had a tint lightly done as asked and she then made it darker which I really like.
Great relaxing atmosphere.

My lashes, one day after getting them left gaps Made my eyelash line sore somehow? Left gaps where my real lashes where was my first time ever getting my lashes done. Call Dan and had them redone only for the same thing to happen the next day.took the right care of them and brushed them would not recommend.

I’ve been going to westlake lash lounge since 2020 and they’ve always made my lashes look amazing! A little over a year ago i started seeing macy, she is the best lash tech! She’s so sweet and always gets my lashes right.i definitely recommend going to see her!

I do not love my lashes. I asked for and paid for a hybrid fill and they are not full or uniform. One eye has a drastic change in length that occurs in the center of the lash line. My fill doesn't even fulfill the requirements to be called a classic fill. Which makes me severely disappointed in my hybrid fill. The quality of fill I received is not worth the money I paid.

The whole experience was great! The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable.
Alliyah did a wonderful job on my lashes!
