The Laundry Room, Toledo OH

Major Kleen is a pleasant place to wash clothes. The establishment is clean, smells clean, has a clean restroom, the appliances are extremely clean, and is no doubt the best place I have washed clothes across the country. I’m a truck driver and always looking for the best places while I’m traveling. The parking lot has plenty of room for my semi truck and trailer to turn around if you need to. The attendant was very helpful and very attentive. She helped me with the card machine which by the way is pretty nice. You don’t get charged for the card…. And you can use cash to put on the card at the kiosk. I highly recommend this laundry for your needs!

Always clean, did not like the lady asking everyone to wash, dry, and buy here drinks. Other than that never had an issue

The best Laundromat I’ve been to. Every time i’ve come here, the staff (nice blonde woman) is always cleaning and being of assistance to customers. No quarters, you get a free laundry card that you load money onto via apple pay, debit card or bills. Conveniently next to a Dollar General in case of running low on laundry supplies. Cleanliness and staff 10/10

Pretty clean laundromat. Some of the washers have buttons that need to be fixed. I like that there are different sized washers. I can fit 2 or 3 baskets of clothes into the biggest washer and it's done in 30 minutes. The dryers are big. You don't need to worry about carrying around quarters, but you do have to get a laundry card. I think the laundry card is way better than carrying quarters.

I love this place! It's always clean, including the washers and dryers. It's in a convenient location, staff is always friendly and helpful. The washers may be a little more than expected, however the location & customer service are unbeatable!

Only there for a delivery. Compared to most laundry establishments. This 1 is nicer and cleaner than any I've seen before.

This is the cleanest laundromat I've ever used. All the machines are always working. Great place.

Love drop off services- always clean open wash and dry. Big help when. I got sick n the lady's are superb like visiting grandma

Since moving to Ohio I’ve only used this laundromat & another I was told was owned by the same person. It’s had a major remodel & looks great. The women that work here are amazing and very helpful. HOWEVER, I came in today and found out it’s now TWO DOLLARS FOR 35 MINUTES TO START for the dryer. I’d give 1 star for this move but just for the employees I added a second star.

Very disappointed! Dryers went up to $2 for 35 minutes! I dry my delicates, uniforms and workout clothes separately on low which only take 10-15 to dry! I used to come here all the time! Not anymore! I spent so much money at this place today! Geeesh!

We always do our laundry here. The lady's in there are great with the kids. It's usually clean unless super busy. I like it

The place is very dusty and dirt and it gets on to your clothes it's there's dirt on the ceiling fans and on the plants and on the shelves and it's just gets right onto your clothes and I think it also has a bad case of lice in there cuz every time I leave I start getting these bikes so I have switched
