The Law Office of David G. Bale, Westerville OH

I needed a recommendation with a legal matter but didn’t know where to start. David listened to my concern and offered some positive feedback including a referral to a different lawyer. If I ever need his expertise he’s definitely the person I would want helping me.

This is one of the best law offices in Ohio. I had an issue and called many lawyers, and this is the only office that was able to put me in the right direction or help me in anyway.

Very patient and thorough. Has a full understanding of ones needs. Definitely reccomend.

David Bale has been our company business attorney since 2006. He specializes in construction law and is excellent at what he does. Our family has also used him for estate planning and trust formations. He has given me excellent business advice, family advice, and personal advice. He has talked to me as a business partner, friend, and sometimes a father. He is by far the best attorney I've ever had the pleasure to do business with and will continue to be until he retires or I do.

I had contacted the Mr bale’s office via yelp after reading the reviews here. Honestly people should review attorneys and others like inspection services, title agencies etc. I believe this area is life changing and needs more focus rather than just restaurants (Which is important too). I am going to make sure i will review in the most unbiased and descriptive way of all kind of services and people i come across to give a clearer picture to someone who comes after me. Moving on to the main topic, Mr bale was contacted for legal counsel on home closing/real estate. Many attorneys i spoke to required a paid consultation to explain my issue whereas Mr David Bale made sure he had a brief conversation firstly by emails and a short call to understand my requirement of legal counsel totally free. This opens up a window to communicate if you really need a counsel or it is too early or late. Based on his genuine suggestions and advices during our short call i can tell how knowledgeable and experienced he is and i am pretty sure he has dealt with varied real estate related legal situations. In terms of fees, they were reasonable and i think they are standard across all columbus. Lastly, He advised me to not seek legal counsel overall considering the point and situation i was in my home closing deal. This shows how genuine he is and not just there to mint fees out of clients who don’t really need to have legal counsel.

It is a hard decision to pick an attorney from a plethora of choices on the internet, and i hope my review helps somebody.
