The Life Revitalization Center, Toledo OH

I had to edit my review because as I was receiving services here one individual stood out to me in a way that caused me to want to come back here and dock the entire business the star the lady by the name of Jemima (I'm probably not spelling it right and I apologize if that's the case.) If you can avoid this lady at all costs she's incredibly nitpicky and grossly hypocritical she will walk around singing (if you want to call it that) incredibly loudly and when asked nicely to stop or to just maybe move away from our table she tells us if we don't like it we can go outside I'm not sure but that just feels really rude to me especially when anyone that makes any sort of noise anywhere close to what she does would be immediately removed I attempted to go through all normal channels to address my concern but it seems that nothing came of it so I needed to update my five-star review to a four star because if employees are allowed to act this way and feel that they are not in the wrong well, that's unfortunate I could understand if I was a problem guest that caused any sort of trouble but I get up everyday go to work come in go to sleep and repeat not in any sort of trouble or anything of the sort so to be blatantly disrespected like that just kind of put me off a little thus this big long whiny review but maybe someone will read it and maybe this lady will be dealt with appropriately because it doesn't seem that she is being handled and it's allowed to act pretty much as she pleases so honestly a massive driving force to get out of here so I guess good job Jemima keep making people want to get as far away from you as possible.

Very helpful place if you need some. Hot meals for the day and. Somewhere to escape the freezing cold. The resources are there if you choose to use them and are willing to put in the work. I believe some. People. Just expect everything to be done for them and get upset and leave a stupid review with 1 star. If you do what you're supposed to and act like a decent human being then they don't bother you and will help you out with anything they can l. From clothes to toiletries. Don't let ignorant people and their reviews that were most likely written after THEY did something to get THEMSELVES in trouble or expected to have to do ABSOLUTELY NO WORK AT ALL FOR THEMSELVES and get nothing done. This facility is there for the community and will go above and beyond for the homeless community. You just have to want to change your life and be willing to do what it takes. Everywhere has their problems but the LRC goes above and beyond for those willing to help themselves.

This place is complete trash.they have no compassion for the ppl who needs them. This company is really in it just for the money they help no one. And the bed bugs OMG shut them down.disgraceful
