The Little Clinic reviews
8Friendly staff. After a quick check-in, I waited a bit beyond my scheduled visit time to be seen by the PA, but it wasn't bad considering we're amidst cold/flu/strep/covid season. They were able to administer a quick strep test and send in needed prescriptions. I won't hesitate to return when myself or family need other care.
The NP was of no help and misdiagnosed me. I still felt so awful the next day that had to go to urgent care the next day for proper diagnosis and treatment. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.
You need to fire the gorilla that don't want to do her job. You know who because look at the reviews
I went in on Friday with full body aches, and a cough. The doctor came in looked in my ears and throat and said I had allergies. I went home and my temperature spiked to 101. Probably the worst place I’ve ever been.
Staff would not acknowledge that I was even standing there when they literally kept walking by me, looking right at me. Most staff, even if they were busy would look at you say will be with shortly or something to that effect to let you know at least thing acknowledged you were there! Worst customer service I ever had. I just didn’t understand why people that act like they cannot stand the public will honestly spend their time going to college for a profession that is strictly dealing with public!
Absolutely terrible experience.the doctor or whatever she was came ou and was combative to me from the start.i left.i will NEVER go to a kroger little clinic again.all I needed was an antibiotic for condition I have. TERRIBLE! DONT GO!
I knew I was running late for my appointment by about five minutes. I attempted to call them several times to let them know that I would be late (this was all prior to the start of my appointment). I called at least 5 separate times and no one answered the phone. When I arrived to my appointment, they had already canceled it. I let them know that I had called several times to let them know when I would be there and that no one was answering the phones. She literally had no response for me other than asking if I wanted to reschedule… uh, no thank you.
The sign says they take walk ins, I had a scheduled appointment and needed my son at the same time for a covid test, something that takes a few moments and can be done at the same time. The lady at the front desk was rude. If you are going to be ride to patients, get a different job! A should have went to the little clinic in Middletown! Always good service
