Trudy does not know how to braid, unprofessional kept taking breaks on her phone, ddnt know how to do edges she had to ask for her co-worker Michelle to come and help, I had to distribute the hair to her while she was braiding she needs a hair stand. Trudy needs to stick to just renting her booths out. I was there for four hours for two feeders and I had the picture on my phone lit up for hours and sent it to her phone, my hair looked nothing like the picture very unsatisfied. She also dipped my hair in a coffee cup which the braids only went have way in, she must of thought she was in her kitchen instead of the salon?
Trudy has always done a good job on my hair, I was sadden at the fact that I thought she had closed up shop for good but I'm very happy that I found her again
