Both my Wife and I have been so impressed by how quickly he has responded to any of our Maintenance Issues, while consistently demonstrating his concern that our Residency at The Luxe meets our expectations of living at a High End Community.
Just great concierge type of service, safe, clean and great staff that supports you around the clock.
We moved into the Luxe in March. Kailin and the team in place here now are great. Very responsive. They are also making improvements in the landscaping every week. Great place to live!
Although I can't comment yet on my residential experience I will say everything leading up has been wonderful. The office, and specifically Kailin, have been extremely responsive and accommodating including helping us get bids for modifications to the unit prior to our move in! I am hopeful our positive experience continues during our residence at the Luxe and I will be sure to provide any updates once we get situated.
I recently moved into a 3 bedroom apartment at the Luxe of Pepper Pike. The apartment is incredibly spacious, beautifully appointed with high quality cabinetry and appliances, full of light, and ideally located. The biggest surprise has been the incredible support and availability from the management team, led by Cailin Vadda! They have made my move, set up, maintenance, deliveries, etc.completely stress-free. All done with caring, personal touch. I am thoroughly pleased.
Our overall experience at the Luxe has been a positive one. We would like to share that our experiences with the new Burton Carol team have been very positive. We have had a handful of issues which have arisen and the entire team has been exceptionally professional and incredibly responsive. Each item was addressed immediately.
As we take gardening and the care of our lawn very seriously, we were also delighted that they made a considerable upgrade with a new landscaping company! Many thanks to BC on that regard!
