If you can order elsewhere, I would. Took shirt back in and was told it's common to see the line.

I saw some recent product for a memorial that was not what ordered with misspellings and wrong sizes. The MacRay Company also refused to refund the customer. A big pass on this company.

Ordered two shirts for my grandsons football team. The front logo was crooked and the name on the back was off to the left. This was on both shirts. Sure hope the school doesn't use them for all their shirts.

Needed an embroidered hat for work on short notice. They had it ready in less than a day. Thanks for the quick turnaround!

Will not return. Staff friendly enough. Error on order on their part. No communication. Clean organized store.

If I could give this place no Star I would I ordered a pair of pants for my son for school in August 2020 right before school started and here it is March 2021 almost the end of the school year, and finally getting some answers on where the order is. It was never put it and they lost the paper work for them. I suggest if you can find some where else to order what you need, and if you have to order anything through them keep all your paperwork and call them every week till you get your order. This was the first and will be my last time ever ordering anything through them.

Always fast, courteous service. Great selection of product. Unfortunately a little bit more expensive than Dayton or Columbus. Actually I'd give them a 4.5.
