6We have been working with TMC for over 8 years and have experienced nothing but cooperation and prompt customer service!
I've been a vendor for this company for two years. Every time I do work for them after 60 days from invoicing I have to call again and again to get payment. I'm always told the same thing "we mailed a check yesterday" After 30 more days the check never shows and then they will pay you by credit card. They may provide a customer with great service because of great vendors like myself, but they loose great vendor by delaying payment or not paying at all. I will NOT work for them anymore.
I have been a vendor for the Maintenance Company for years and TMC is one of the good ones, Thumbs up for the Team. Quality Services.
I've been working with this company since early Spring of this year as a vendor. All the staff members I have engaged with have been extremely nice and a pleasure to work with.
The system they use for dispatching work to me seems to run smoothly. When I have questions when on a job, they ALWAYS answer my phone call on the first ring and get me to the appropriate person regarding the job I'm on.
I work along side several other national maintenance companies and TMC is my favorite to work for!
Did work for them never got paid only $ 185.00. Trust me never do work for this company nore hire them for your firm. Crazy they don't have $185.0]0
Very slow and unorganized never pay on time make excuses and if you're willing to wait 2.3 months to get paid
