I have a good experience every time I go into the Mermaids Tale. They have a large variety of Pandora items and the staff is always helpful and very friendly.

As an supporter of “shop local, shop small” I seek out boutiques wherever I go. Mermaid’s Tail is a gem of a shop located in Amherst run by a moat knowledgeable and delightful mother/daughter team. No high-pressure sales here - just friendly and accommodating service. Excellent selection and price point - spend a little or spend a lot; you will be treated with the same kindness and consideration either way. Merch is displayed in an appealing manner that draws you in. Take more than one lap around the store to see the many treasures!

First time in— great store with a lot of variety! Clothing, purses, jewelry and much more. Sales people were friendly and helpful, but not pushy.

Actually I must bring my husband with me when I shop and because of a recent serious fall he now must use a walker. The space within is now very tight and you have no seats for the non shopper, even outside. I’m a big fan of Vera Bradley and was disappointed when you stopped carrying it. The store upon entering looks cluttered there is so much merchandise, we only walked around the parameter. This is not to be critical, it is still my favorite shop in Amherst.

It’s always a great experience with the Ladies of The Mermaid’s Tail! Today Shannon was with my wife and I as we spent some money I had put on a gift card for my wife. She was as awesome this time as she was the last time she helped me in building my wife’s Harley themed Pandora bracelet…. Although this time, she did cause us to go over-budget…LOL…she’s an outstanding salesperson and I mean that in the most positive way possible! Thanks Ladies…and we’ll see ya again soon!

Love the store, but their orders are so slow. I ordered 2 Pandora rings on 5/13/21, one of them finally came in on 6/17/21 and the other one still isn’t in.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I never feel rushed when shopping at the Mermaid’s Tale. The displays are beautifully arranged and easy to access! LOLA jewelry is my new “obsession”! What an amazing store. Located in a historic building in Amherst Ohio, it is a hidden gem.

All products, including Pandora and Brighton, in addition to other jewelry lines, purses, footwear, etc, are displayed very artfully. The store is very neat and orderly considering the vast selection of items stocked.

The employees are very helpful, and greet you with considerable enthusiasm as you enter the premises.

Definitely recommend this establishment as a go-to stop if you are looking for a unique item.
