Incredible wedding venue - we saw two friends get married here last night and not only was the ceremony beautiful but the staff was A+ and the whole event went off without a hitch.

My best friend got married here a couple weeks ago and while the venue itself was beautiful, the real shining star was Kris, the event planner. Never have I met someone more energetic and professional, and I'm so appreciative of her efforts to make sure that everything went off without a hitch. Thanks so much, Kris!

The Monastery was the PERFECT place to host our ceremony and reception. The staff was such a delight through the entire process and really ensured that our special day was perfect. We had a long engagement to get the season and date we were hoping for. At first I was bummed it was so long, but it was honestly worth the wait. Lindsey and Kris were incredible! I wish I could work with them daily. Our guests remarked at how lovely the space was and even complimented the food (I don't often hear that). It was truly so special to have it all in one place. The room flip was incredibly quick! We were blessed with good weather and were able to have cocktail outdoors and have our guests come back inside for the reception. There are many different ways to customize your day though.

I would highly recommend The Monastery to anyone who is looking for a unique venue, with great food, service and ability to transform from ceremony to reception. We are so thankful to have had our 10/12/19 wedding here and can cherish our memories through photo and video year after year. Thank you Monastery Team!

This is a really beautiful place to see. We were there for a wedding. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and quick.

Not only was this A beautiful venue, but the staff was exceptional. I have never seen such a well oiled machine such as this. The wait staff was so polite and the food was fabulous! We attended a wedding and the coordinator was completely on top of every step. She seemed in control and calm.

Absolutely beautiful. Amazing place to have a wedding. Attended one last week and was in the bridal party. The staff is extremely efficient, I was in awe of how fast they set up and break down from ceremony to reception, buffet to dance floor.you name it! It was truly a night to remember at this place! Beautiful!

This event center is just absolutely stunning! Would recommend anyone and everyone to have their receptions here. Food is great staff is great and owner is amazing! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

If you are looking for a wedding venue (or event venue!) that is a "one stop shop" with an amazing and accommodating staff - look no further! The Monastery Event Center was the perfect place to hold our wedding ceremony and reception. Lindsey was amazing in communicating and finalizing details up to wedding day - from linen colors and food selection to floor layout and number of guests. While Kris executed those plans even better than I could have imagined at the rehearsal and on wedding day. This staff not only makes your wedding dreams come to life, but truly serves their couples. I cannot recommend the Monastery Event Center enough to engaged couples who are "venue shopping'"!

Did not actually go in, but from the outside, the place is beautiful. I highly recommend checking out the views outside this beautiful building!

This is a great location for a ceremony/reception without a doubt. As a photographer I love the natural light during the day and the lighting for night time, inside and out. They tried to stop us (vendors) having a drink at the end of a long day, silly, since the father of the bride insisted. Still a GREAT venue!

The Monastery was a dream come true for our wedding! We scheduled a tour with the owner, Doug, prior to our engagement due to my husband and I being long distance (and a not-so-surprising engagement on the horizon) and fell in love with the space. We were planning on a small wedding of <100 and I had some concern that the space would feel too big, but the team showed me some options for seating and gathering that would help fill the space. We were booking with a timeline of a 6-month engagement so we were looking into Friday and Sunday wedding as Saturday’s at the Monastery are generally booked 12-18months in advance. We jumped on the opportunity to book in their Jan-March window of winter pricing which is less expensive then April+ and a great option for us who were on a budget.
The Monastery Team: Doug, Lindsey, Trevor and Kris (and many, many others behind the scenes) are FANTASTIC and coming from a supply network/project management engineer (that’s me!), they have the logistics of this venue nailed down to a T. Our whole experience from emails, phone calls, on-site visits, tasting, rehearsal and finally the wedding (ceremony + reception) was extremely professional, well organized and they are a true one-stop-shop for a venue.
For the process: We contracted to do the Ceremony and Reception on site in their “California-style” which has most guests seated at their reception tables for the ceremony (it avoids a “room flip”), although they do have several room-flip options available. It includes a nice cocktail hour and flows immediately into the reception. Any time we needed anything during the evening, the staff and Kris were ready to help us. They manage all of the coordination of the other vendors: band, florist, photography, etc.and ensure they meet the expectations. We chose off of the preferred vendor list which made this extra easy. I literally had to do nothing when it came to making sure they were setup and ready for us.
I highly, highly recommend The Monastery as an event venue. I could not have managed pulling of a wedding in 6 months from out of state without this team. It was everything we wanted and they were an absolute pleasure to partner with!

An amazing venue to hold your event whatever it may be, from weddings to corporate dinners, the atmosphere, food, and service staff are all top notch.

Attended a wedding at this location - good place. The service was outstanding, the food was very good, the only challenge is that with the ceiling being so high the acoustics were a little challenging. The band and its sound system may have been better, but just know going in, the Monastery is an excellent choice just work through the acoustics with a professional DJ or band.

I cannot say enough about the incredible staff lead by Kris and Lindsey. From the beginning of the planning through the entire wedding day, these two individuals were three steps ahead of us and we're organized. Extremely professional in every respect and we are so appreciative for the fantastic support. We had the ceremony and reception onsite with California seating and there wasn't anything we would have changed. Big thanks to Kris for coordinating the rehearsal and our wedding day and being there until the bitter end making sure everything was perfect! Hats off to the Monastery!

Nice venue for a wedding. Wedding and reception at the same place. Lots of dance floor. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and all were so nice and friendly.

Took a friend here on Sunday, December 30th for the "Chronically Skilled: An Evening of Musical Medicine" event. Was scheduled for 8-11 pm. We got there at 8: 30 pm and no one was there! How embarrassing! And I bought a ticket in advance so I was stiffed. How disappointing.

Beautiful place. Attended a wedding there. Very clean, large space. The food was great, the staff friendly. Would reccomend for weddings.

Gorgeous. Many parts of the space have been left unrenovated while other parts are completely modern. Gives the whole room a unique feel of being simultaneously upscale and a place to have fun.
