I highly recommend Scott and Jason. They helped me file bankruptcy and they could not have made it any easier. They are very patient and thorough and they prepared me perfectly for the hearing.

I was facing a garnishment from the same company that I already paid a garnishment too. Scott got it taken care of in a professional and timely manner and even got me money back.

I spoke with Scott just a few minutes ago. I "was" new to looking into my options with my sole proprietorship. I say "was" because Mr. Needleman was efficient and extremely helpful, honest and upfront immediately. In this he answered all of my questions right away, and put my mind at ease, taking away the worry's of needing to look into things that are unpleasant and embarrassing.

Scott, Jason, and I belive the ladies name is reenee. They are wonderful at their job, and have helped me get out of debt. The process sucks, but it's definitely worth it. I recommend these guys to anyone.

I worked for large, medium, and small law firms over my 72 years on this earth. Even worked for the Attorney General of Ohio. My bankruptcy was due to an accident, getting out of the shower in the bathroom. I went to three hospitals, coding 10 times (at Grant), 10 neurosurgeons working on me (at Grant), severe memory issues (that are slowly coming back if at all) and a rehab stay of 2 months, a shattered ankle, 9 months of my bills not being paid. I had to learn to walk with a walker. I'm still having problems with my memory and I was a very hard client to work with all the time. When I fell my head hit the toilet bowl very hard. I was 234 pounds going into the hospital, came out 125. I could not stand the smell of food and would throw up (COVID). At least, I was able to put some weight back on me. After all of this, bills did not get paid, so I went to the Needleman Law Office

But, with all these issues NOTHING got paid! So I had to file bankruptcy- no choice.

My Needleman's office staff was so kind, understanding, and answer my questions 50 million times that I was repeating them due to my memory loss. I know I drove them crazy-it was driving me crazy not being able to remember.

They all were so kind, understanding and even went the extra mile. Like I said, I worked for many attorney's in the past, but, compassion goes a long way for someone as myself.

Scott was honest and professional. Although it turns out I didn't need his legal representation he was straight forward and provided excellent advice for my particular issue. I would highly recommend Scott for whatever your legal needs.
