The Neighborhood Nest Gluten-Free Baked Goods, LLC reviews
18I went in today to get gluten free cupcakes for my son’s teacher. The store was nice, quiet, and very clean. The owner was very nice and informative. Might i also say she loved the cupcakes.
Fantastic gluten free bakery! Everyone is friendly and it was decorated so cute for Christmas. Lots of dairy free, vegan and keto options as well!
This place has, hands down, the best gluten free cinnamon roll I've ever had in my life. The whole kitchen is dedicated gluten free and the owner is really sweet, which is a bonus! I'd go out of my way for this one. The vegan gf quiche was amazing, too.
Amber is the sweetest. Always going above and beyond. I contacted her about getting a cookie decorating set made last minute. She came through even though it was a last minute request, saving the day. The cookies and icing were amazing. The service and quality-the best!
A cozy place with high quality pastries and treats. We look forward to trying all the rest of the items purchased tonight.
I’ve spent my entire life in Fairborn, this town is all I’ve ever known and yet I’ve always felt so disconnected with the people around me and the businesses that call it home as well. It’s to be expected that the majority beliefs and the cultural direction of the place you live in will not always be inline with what you believe in. This review was motivated by a passing moment I had this evening taking a bite of a gluten free cupcake I had previously purchased from this bakery that I had not heard of until today that I would otherwise have never discovered on my own. It was a damn good cupcake and the highlight of a dreary rainy Thursday here in a town that I had all but given up hope in relating too.
I don’t know the name of the person who sold me the baked goods and I couldn’t tell you the actual names of the items I bought. What I can tell you is this is the most forward thinking, dietary inclusive business this town has ever seen any despite not even having a gluten intolerance I will actively support this business as much as possible just to see a flower grow out of the asphalt. 10/10 please support this local establishment as they continue to set the standard for what every business should be like.
The breakfast bars they sell at a local coffee shop are like bricks. Very hit or miss. I've even gotten one that was 3 stale ends mashed together and rewrapped-when I unwrapped it, it all fell apart and was inedible. These used to be so good, but as of lately your quality has crashed and burned, atleast with this item.
We had the gluten free quiche and cinnamon roll. They were moist and delicious! She also gave us a freshly baked apple donut and that was also exceptionally good. We drove on and for dinner I had her poppy seed lemon cookie, yum. I've baked gluten free for over 10 years and highly recommend this bakery!
Food was good but the prices OMG!
It's basically a bakery shop with some tables to sit at. Very nice friendly people but I was blown away by the cost of gluten free biscuits, gravy and waffles.
Love this place! Delicious treats that I can enjoy with my gluten allergy. I stumbled upon this place in route while working. The owners are wonderful people who hooked me up with some free goodies to get me through the day. Definitely will be back for breakfast!
We went in for May the 4th and got some adorable and delicious cupcakes. I loved the cozy atmosphere and the goodies were delicious! Can't wait to make another trip:)
The cake I got there was decorated beautifully and it tasted really good. The staff were friendly and the service was good.
Kind and friendly staff. Lots of options. It was our first visit and we really enjoyed it!
Gluten free but not necessarily allergen friendly.
Contains tapioca starch, an allergen with a recent up tick, in a bunch of products.
I love the bakery it’s amazing! I also like the New added touch of Hot Dish and Other vendors they have in as well.
Just had this place for the first time and their GF and dairy free cherry chip cupcake was amazing. Unlike any GF DF item I've ever had. Plus the owner was extremely kind and welcoming.
My bf has celiac disease and was so excited when we found this bakery. I ended up bringing home cinnamon rolls, several donuts, and biscuits. It's been so long since he's has donuts, it was almost an emotional experience. All of the food was amazing, I can't wait to go back with him since he couldn't go due to work this first go round. I'm so thankful that there's a local bakery that's completely allergy friendly since even cross contamination can make him very sick. I highly recommend.
I got a cherry pie and some cinnamon rolls for my vegan friend. He said they were really good and the only thing that kept him from eating all the cinnamon rolls in one sitting is that there were too many of them! Word on the street is they disappeared mysteriously soon thereafter. Service is very good and prices are very reasonable. Well worth the trip across town to get to this wonderful little bakery.
