I'm very grateful for this agency. They've had their ups and downs over the years, but the past couple years has been an upward trend. They offer a variety of services that you can't find at another single agency.

They let their employees abuse bully the ppl seeking help! I speak from experience people! This kind of thing happened years ago also ppl! It made the news an news papers too! They don't answer the phone any more also with a person!

Being told you can’t receive assistance due to the fact that I didn’t put my very last into my full rent when I lost my job and had to choose between not being able to put food on the table and losing our car or paying the full amount of rent. I had to split the payment between me and my wife and all we asked for was a little help with ONE month. The guy took our information and offered to pay TWO months. Then a month later, when we questioned, they all of a sudden can’t help us because “You could’ve paid your rent! ” a slap in the face. Completely do not recommend going here for assistance if you need it badly. Sounds like a scam to me.

Was there any reason why the young girl working the receptionist desk for LCH&D, was to busy reading and watching anime on her phone rather than doing her job? Terrible attitude and communication. Never gave anyone their check out papers and began agitated when questioned.

I was taught in seventh grade. There are no questions beginning with the word you/ your. Do questions begin with the word you? Is easily Google searched. You are not asked questions. You don't think. Is henius allegation upon one's cognitive ability. Do you drink alcohol? Is question. The whole intent is incorrectly medical code you. I have Heard silly bullet such as, Well. If. I think I asked a question. Then I asked a question. You dont.this.you don't that. Are statements of allegation. But. That. Means. Well. If. But. That's not what that means. Say yes or no to the girls. Let the girls decide for themselves, when you said this it means that.

If you’re looking for help DONT GO HERE. I wasted an hour of my day for a walk in consult only for me to sit down with an employee for maybe 2 minutes, and have her tell me they have no counselors there to help at the time? I just don’t understand having new clients wait and take their information, if you can’t help them and have no counselors? Just doesn’t make sense to me. Anyways don’t go here, they clearly don’t care.

Just had my intake assessment. You can show up any weekday before 2pm and get your registration and assessment done.

The staff was super friendly and very professional. I never felt like I was being judged or anything like that.

I haven't had my appt with a psychiatrist yet, but if the staff I interacted with are any indication, things should go really well

I can't even begin to tell you how amazing the Nord Center has been for my family. We had much difficulty getting appointments anywhere for help. We have been seen by many people. Throughly evaluated, Cared for, and checked on.

It used to be better in the 90 s and early 2000s. Used to have an Amazing councelor & A Amazing, Awesome case manager. Now my case manager took forever in making a visit then stood me up last week without a word to take someone to Parma and not showing up in my appointment time. Not call not anything. Still had not get a doctor o nothing. Best councelor I had in the 90s and early 2000 Elizabeth '& Best an Amazing case manager in middle 90s and 2000s Hilda Munoz she was Amazing & super caring, also helpful.

Horrible experience, Got an assessment done by Rachel Blair, the questions she asked me and the answers I gave her was not what she put on paper, it seems to me that the only way for them to get paid by the state is to make it seem like you have a mental problem and need ongoing services, I got an assessment done by her July 2022, I’ve been seeing my doctor since September 2022 and he has never recommended counseling but since she thought she was god and recommended group and individual counseling for someone she just met and never talked to again ever since the first visit, never said how many sessions to take, never said what I need to talk to a group counselor about, never told me what I needed to talk to a individual counselor about, just writing anything on paper to keep her job, meanwhile I have to miss money being away from my job to talk about nothing.it’s sad and she needs to get her communication skills together, on the good side, my doctor Sean is AMAZING, he makes me comfortable to share my thoughts with him, I can be honest with him, I don’t have to hide anything because he is understanding and most of all straight forward. Our first conversation was the best because I was able to explain my feelings and he didn’t judge me.
