The North Face Aurora Farms Premium Outlets

I put 2 nuptse jacket and 2 mountain jacket in the shopping bag, and the store manager Heather told me that I can only get 1 nuptse, bulk purchase is not acceptable. So I asked her is that mean I can only get one for each style, and she said it’s not about the quantity, it’s about if she feels it’s bulk purchase. Than I said I ll keep 1 nuptse and 1 mountain jacket, and can I buy another different style if I want. Then she said You can’t buy anything today since you are bulk purchasing, you can email the district manager and she ll explain to you. I been asked the store that the limit is 5 per style. I don’t know why the manager has been so rude in this store.

I expected more. Some of the stores were more expensive than shops at malls. A lot of empty spaces and 1 food option. Honestly, the only 2 stores worth shopping at was North Face and Columbia.

My friend and I where their about two days ago. It's a wonderful store. Well kept. I can shop shop and shop. If I could give you ten stars I would. And very polite people working their. We will be back. Oh I love my jacket that I got their. And half of the te I don't even want to take it off.

What a nice store! As soon as we walked in, sales associate Amanda greeted us & asked what we were looking for. This was our first time in the store so she was super helpful to us, explaining all about the coats she showed us. We decided to look at a couple of other stores, but no comparison, we came back & bought 2 all weather jackets, 50% off plus 10% off if you sign up for the rewards program. Great experience!

I’m so disappointed that this store closes an hour before the rest of the mall. Drove here only for back to school items for a college kid heading out of state. Not able to get in, although the mall was still open. Unlikely we will have time to return before she goes to school and wasted an hour driving here. Very very frustrated.

I had purchased 8 backpacks to buy as gifts for family and friends last weekend. I went back so I could purchase more backpacks to donate to other people that are in need. I have been blessed to be able to do so. When I went to purchase, I was denied the sale of anymore backpacks. I spoke to store Manager Heather Kristoff. She explained they have (at anytime) the discretion, which means, they have the right to discriminate, against anyone that wants to buy more than 2 of one item. I thought the reason Northface was in business is to sale as much as they can. I explained again that the purchase was for donation purposes and still was denied. I have never in life been to a store that didn't want you to buy more of their items. I am confused and feel discriminated against. It is very hard for me to understand how, at any time, an employee gets to pick who can buy merchandise or how many of one item they can purchase.

We had to wait in line to get in, and they had nothing we were looking for. I'm sure it is fine, staff was helpful, but we were disappointed with our experience.

Selection like many stores is very small. Mostly extra small size. Several employees if you need help but no customers.

Great places to shop its a great getaway place. Very clean and the Staff at the Stores were friendly I will be going back!

Authentic North Face gear at about 40% off. They have a much better selection than the full price store in Woodmere. The biggest problem with the store is finding men's XL and above sizes. Maddie and the other girls working were very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the things I came for. Thanks so much I absolutely love The North Face products.
