Great place to live. Very quiet and peaceful environment, friendly neighbors and wonderful staffing services. I moved in 4 months ago and I'm loving my new place. If you are looking for a nice, affordable and safe place to live, the Oaks is where you should be.

I’ve been living here since February and best place I’ve ever lived. Very quiet, amenities are nice, apartment is spacious for me & my son and the staff is very understanding. Definitely a 10/10 for the management & the apartment complex it’s self!

My family have been residents of the Oaks for thee years and since new management has taken over i must say what an improvement. Not only the improvement with the property but the staff is great! Brandy and Octavia are the best! If any issues arise they are always willing to help and address them immediately. They never make you feel like you are a bothersome tenant.

I have lived at The Oaks for 3 years now, it is a great quiet place. It is clean and everyone for the most part is respectful. Leasing office is really nice, always get back to my emails. Wifi, trash, everything is included except for electric. Nice community pool, small gym but a few equipment, laundry room needs updated but usable. Rent is suitable for what it is although its gone up but that's inflation for you. I do recommend if you're looking for a place in the Reynoldsburg area!

Just renewed my lease for another year, super quiet nice area haven’t had any issues with safety. I live in one of the town homes and it’s very spacious and modern!

I have lived here for 3 years, the complex has been continually upgraded since then, new pavement throughout, full interior/exterior rennovation and new mailboxes and dumpster enclosures in the last year. No problems with my neighbors and Brandy, the current property manager has been excellent since taking over the premises. My inquiries are always replied to in a timely fashion, and the maintenance crew respond expeditiously to any issue we have had.
All apartment living has its challenges, and nothing is ever perfect but I can honestly say that 3 years in I am still highly satisfied with my spot at the Oaks, even though I acknowledge others haven't had the same experience. Just renewed my lease!

I’ve lived here for about a year now and I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t resolved, if I had more friends in the area I would refer them. Staff is super nice and fast at responding. If I ever have any questions or concerns they are addressed as soon as possible! I really enjoy it here!

I had a great experience staying at this apartment. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern decor and comfortable furnishings. The property managers were friendly and responsive, and the location was convenient with plenty of nearby amenities. Highly recommend!

This place is trash. The pool was used by everyone in Reynoldsburg and the surrounding areas. Always dirty.
We had a mouse infestation, and when we reported that to the office (multiple times), they never did a damn thing about it.
When people pull in the complex they speed down the road, doing at least 30mph+ Watch out for your kids!
The "remodel" they did in the kitchen and master bath was absolutely horrible. Chips in the granite, chips and dents in the "new cabs" wrong color paint, broken trim etc etc.
No storage whatsoever.
And the office women are rude. Karens

Skyler and brandy are great! I have not had any issues my apartment is totally remodeled and very quiet.

I live in the Oaks apts and have been here since August. I have had the joy to meet the 2 Jasons, Brandy and Skyler. They are all such pleasant people every time i have run across them. I am happy living here for sure

Skylar and Brandy are awesome! Both have been more then accommodating since my daughter and I have moved it. Best place I’ve ever lived. Nice clean and quiet!
