The Orchard and Company reviews
10It was good except the tractor ride. We were there before 2pm and sign says they close at 2-230pm. We couldn’t fit on the ride with the group we were in line with. The tractor driver saw us waiting because we couldn’t fit. When he came back he said no more rides he should have told us before they left. Very disappointed we couldn’t ride. Being pregnant waiting was not fun.
A little pricey ($8 for a pork sandwich with no side) but so much to do and absolutely beautiful. I bought some apple cinnamon and pepperoni bread and they’re absolutely delicious.
Great place for a family outing. We enjoyed picking apples, having lunch, and the animal petting.
Definitely worth checking out! There's quite a bit of variety of things to do for young kiddos—Slides, jumbo trampolines, apple picking, a little zip line—My daughter is three and had a tremendous time and I did too. There's a little area with animals that you can check out. They have restrooms close by for the little ones and some quick eats if you want to grab lunch.
Not enough people rate this place. We've gone for a few years to pick apples to make applesauce, pie filling, apple butter, and canned apples. Best price in Central Ohio that we have found.
If you're looking for an experience like you'd get at Lynd's, don't come here. The apples were sparse and you stand in a long line to buy your bags first. While in line, you are greeted with a long list of rules to follow, one being don't eat the apples while you're in the orchard. They tell you if you're going to, just take one bite and put it inside your bag you've purchased after biting it. No pets allowed also, even leashed
One of the few orchards that doesn't charge separately for each activity for the children. It was 14.00 per wrist band, which got them access to everything including a wagon ride. I also liked their selection of crafts near the Cafe that were for sale. They were all country/farmhouse decor and super cute.
Great apples. The children's play area a little expensive at $14 each. Plus adults had to pay $14 just to watch kids? But the kids had a wonderful time.
I love Branstool Orchards, so I was let down by how corporate Orchard and Company felt. The apple picking/orchard is an afterthought to the adventure pass. If you don't have kids, I recommend going someplace (like Branstool) instead.
