The Original Steaks & Hoagies, Twinsburg OH

We arrived at 7: 15pm on 2/23/23 the door was locked and there was a hand written cardboard sign that said “restroom”, we waited 15 minutes along with a few other people who came to the door also. No one ever showed up to open the door, I figure they are hiding out until close?

The hoagie sandwiche was hot and delicious. Went back again to get my wife a sandwich and fries.

The cashier was very jovial/nice and she was very interactive with the kids. After they were cleaning the deep fryer they forgot to turn it on so our tater tot’s took a little while to get, but the food was worth the wait and the cook and cashiers were very apologetic. I would go back again in a heart beat!

This place is better than Geno's or Pat's (I've been to both). My grandmother who is 91 loved it!

I have had many cheesesteak subs in Philly and this is as good as any of them. Billy and his staff do a great job!

Since writing this, Billy sold the sub shop but the last time I was there it was still excellent!

Hands down AWESOME! I’ve been to this place at least 4 times. Each time I have not been disappointed. It has been fresh and done correctly. The owner is extremely down to earth and has great one on one customer service. Reading these comments is true disheartening, however some places are not for everyone. It’s a local business owned and RAN by the owner himself that takes pride is his food. That’s what I dig the most.

So my work recently brought in their food truck. If you are looking for less then mediocre food this is the place for you. This place was horrible I cant believe anyone would give this place anything less then a one star. I'm not even sure the meat was real meat. So many better places then this one. Skip it and find something else. So not worth the money or the stomach ache the next day, and I took a couple of bites and threw it out. I'm telling go somewhere else. So much better quality food out there

I’ve gotten food from here before. The guy who took my order was nice and my food was pretty good. I called last night around 9pm. No answer… i called today on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. No answer?

I went for the cheese steak and was NOT disappointed. Service was fast and polite. The dining area was sparkling clean. My cheese steak was prepared to order and very fast. The 9 inch sandwich was filled every inch with rib eye steak, mushrooms and peppers, exactly as ordered. I will definitely be coming back for more. Oh, how could I forget the beer battered fries? Also made to order, served piping hot. Yum.

The last sandwich I got from there smelled like fecal matter. It was so bad. I haven't ordered from them sense.

The original cheese steak was very good, I got it with onions and peppers and bacon and mushrooms, very good, full of everything.

Our company coca cola ordered these sandwiches for our lunch. I dont even know if that's meat on that sandwich. Dont waste your money or time.

Whoever was working on 3/22/2022 between 2: 30pm - 3: 00pm needs FIRED. I orderd 3 Sandwiches to go when I got back to my job site to eat them my Buffalo chicken sandwich had no blue cheese on it and I called to inform the guy that made it, and he told me that I'm wasting his time and hung up on me. PLEASE TELL ME THAT HE'S NOT A MANAGER!

Cheese Steaks & the chicken tenders were Yummy! And Excellent Customer Service, best Cheese steaks in the Land. Don't forget the Cheese Wiz!

Service is quick, staff is friendly, and the food is great, but be sure to fully check your order prior to leaving because they get it wrong more times than correct.

I have never had a bad experience here. The food is always delicious and the staff is always beyond courteous and kind. Thank you.
