The Palazzo, Cleveland OH

Had a phenomenal first experience with my husband at The Palazzo. From the moment we arrived to our waitress, Michelle, recommending some amazing dishes and wonderful service. The flavor of the scallops appetizer to our entrées, it was very flavorful and filling. I do recommend reserving a table on the weekend since it is an intimate environment with limited space.

Great food…. Lobster Ravioli was delish. Best tiramisu was outstanding. Our waitress Patty was one of the best!

The lights dimmed and brightened continuously. The service was super slow. On to the food no seasoning. It's like eating chalk. You could never pay me to eat here again.

Excellent food and service, were celebrating a friends birthday on a Saturday night! The owner and the chef came out to greet us and talk to us.what a nice honest man! Highly recommended!

Nice little Italian restaurant. Fresh pastas, good flavors, clean restaurant, and waiters who make you feel special and attended to. We had 1 martini and 1 custom Manhattan both good. The dessert looked great which we will try next time. We will be back!

Discovered this gem by chance. Food and service was amazing. The interior is small but tables are arranged in a way that you don't feel cramped. The menu has so many great options. It was hard to decide. The Bolegnese had amazing fresh pasta. The Ossobucco was tender and juicy. A great meal and we will return to try more menu options

We were there last night for our daughter's wedding dinner. We couldn't have had a better experience. Michelle was our server; our group numbered eleven. From the moment we got there, we were truly treated like royalty. Chef Raphael outdid himself everyone raved about the food they had ordered. We also brought in our own wedding cake, which Raphael and his staff graciously plated for us after the bride and groom's first cut. Seriously, I couldn't have chosen a better venue for their reception meal. We are not from Ohio or the Cleveland area.so it was wonderful to know the absolutely "right" place was selected for this important occasion. Thank you Palazzo. Fabulous job! Servers were not attentive. No refill on pop (probably because it doesn’t make them money like their very high priced alcoholic beverages). Servers attempted to take plates before we were done and before offering to go boxes. So called “specials” were $50+ and came with no sides or salad. The prices for the specials were not disclosed or listed anywhere which is deceptive and not typical in today’s environment where transparency is expected. For a place in Cleveland that is NOT downtown or in a nice suburb, prices seem excessive. Last but not least, parking is very limited.

Went for our anniversary and had amazing food and service will be back again this was our 3rd time coming to the restaurant love it

Very great place. My father suggested that my boyfriend and I go here for dinner, but he didn’t tell us that this place was extremely fancy. We weren’t dressed the best, which doesn’t really matter, but everything else was solid. The food and appetizers were great. My one issue I had was that once the waiter set down the check and walked away, they didn’t come back for about 15 minutes before taking the check even though I had it ready sitting at the edge of the table. Other than that, it was a nice first-time experience and I would come back again.

Amazing service. Efficient, warm staff with just enough personality. A lovely lady prepares salads to order at a station in the dining room. Wonderful food. Best Marsala dishes around. Crusty bread to die for.
