The Park at Springdale, Cincinnati OH

This place doesn't deserve so much as 1 star! My daughter and son in law and grandchildren are currently living here and the place is infested with bedbugs and roaches. Maintenance doesn't do anything but put a bandaid on things if they do anything at all. The Hispanics upstairs are loud and throw trash over the balcony onto my daughter's patio. The play parks are usually covered in broken corona bottles. They recently renovated which made it look a little nicer but again it's just a bandaid! I'm turning this place in. The owners should be ashamed!

They need to clean those hallways and entrance to the buildings up …. Slum lords

Ms. Cheri has to be one of the most Nicest Landlord There is. Whenever I have a issue with anything, She always there to help. She makes living here Comfortable.

It sucks, it smells like weed and it is full of drug addicts and illegal immigrants

Ms. Cheri Baker Is An Amazing Property Manager. She Always Make Sure When Something Is Wrong In My Home That It Is Corrected. She's Very Kind & Understanding & She's Making Here A Better Place To Live!

Ms. Cheri is a wonderful person she is always trying her best to amke sure all her tenants are happy. She always looking out for people and going out of her way to make sure we get what need, even in time of need. She have helped me and my family so much I really appreciate everything she have done and is still doing for my family. She doing what most landlords wouldn't do, and that's what make her the best at her job.

I've been living here for 5 years and I really appreciate MGMT Mrs. Cheri Baker. She's always attentive efficient and very professional. Simply a compassionate caring person who honestly cares for her residents and team.
