The Parker Skin & Aesthetic Clinic, Willoughby OH

This is my 3rd time (in 1 year) trying out lip injections. First time receiving them here. I had Annie and she was wonderful. I expressed my concerns and she knew right away how to fix the problems I was having. She was quick and extremely efficient. I did have to bring my very active 2 year old with me but that didn’t interfere one bit with the great job she did. Thanks again! They look great

I had the pleasure of being referred to this clinic today. From the first phone call I received to leaving the location was nothing short of phenomenal. Marcy made sure she got me in as I am experiencing some more serious issues. She was friendly, understanding and worked for my health and the ability to be seen regardless of outside situations. She made it happen for me to be seen right away and relieved a lot of the stress and worry I was currently experiencing. She went above and beyond for me and I want Marcy to know she is truly appreciated. From the moment I arrived I felt a almost immediate sense of relief, Carol at the front desk was very welcoming. She checked me in quickly to get me back in a timely manner. Thanks Carol! I was then called back by a lovely, educated and knowledgeable technician Katie. She was personable and compassionate towards me and my needs. Her reassurance and clear explanation of what would be taking place during my visit helped with my nerves tremendously. She is truly a asset to this team. I also work side by side with doctors so I know a good technician when I see one. Katie was nothing short of a pleasure to have before I met Dr Reimer. Dr Reimer not only accommodated my personal needs but went above and beyond what most health care providers do to make sure I was taken good care of. She was professional, reassuring and kind. It is easy to see that she is a doctor that truly cares for her patients. I can not say enough good things about the entire experience from the first phone call to check out. If I could give this office more than five stars I would. Thank you all for taking such good care of me in my time of need. You are all amazing woman. Thank you thank you thank you!

Had an appointment at the willoughby office with Meredith Rymer. In and out in 15 minutes with an awesome new game plan for my skin. She went over every possibility with me and made me feel really confident in my new regime. I don’t have health insurance either so she price checked everything for me before sending any scripts in. 11/10!

The office is run incredibly well. The reception office team is professional, kind, and approachable. I was a new patient and was happy to be able to fill out forms on a tablet instead of paper. I was there to see Dr. Mister for a suspicious mole. I was very nervous for a diagnosis. Thankfully, the Doctor immediately put me at ease and explained the possibilities in an upbeat and clear manner. I was thoroughly impressed!
