The Perfect Small Office Center, Beechmont- CMC Properties, Cincinnati OH

I was a tenant for 5 years. I always paid on time or early and never late. All of the sudden after 5 years CMC says sorry we will not be renewing your lease. Keep in mind my business is in the financial world so I was a very quiet and clean tenant. Not much traffic coming and going. I actually improved the space quite a bit. When I asked why, all I was told was it was “strictly a business decision”. That’s fine but at least let me have the opportunity to match the increased rent. Stay away unless you want to be treated like a number and kicked out the second they can get more money from someone else without the opportunity to match it.

She was always very attentive when it came to responding and providing information that I needed as well as some information that I wasn't even aware was going to be so helpful. Her organization and ability to make your priority feel like her own was very appropriated. She went beyond the extra mile, showing great pride and exceptional service, which provided much comfort in my decision making moving forward. I've only been working in this office a few short months I am a employee to Kevin Johnson who owns a unit in this building called Maggy's Home Health. I've seen and heard nothing but good things so far.the place is always clean.my bosses office is so nice, its a quite building plenty of parking and very convenient to many things. I like how Jillian keeps all the renters of the units updated.she is very professional.and so far I have liked the activities this office building participates in such as the food drive. I think more offices should participate in "holiday décor" (just my personality) and I think there should be some "kitchen" space, other than that IM SOLD. I would def.start up and rent one of these offices out.
