The best bootcamp in Grove City! The small group training is also awesome. Ben and Cassie are the best!

What a gem this is for Grove City! Ben is an incredible personal trainer that works hard to customize plans and workouts to help you meet your goals. I have done one on one training, small group training and Saturday bootcamp classes at PHIT Academy-they are all fantastic. My favorite has to be bootcamp with Ben and Cassie-together they are awesome motivators and the intense workout is a great way to start your weekend!

Love working out at PHIT academy. The Saturday boot camps kick your butt! If you need a trainer, this is the place!
