The Pizza Oven, Canton OH

What can I say? Pizza Oven always satisfies. I just hate how expensive it's gotten throughout the years. Regardless, it's my gold standard for pizza, chicken, and jo-jos.

Been getting pizza from here for years for family gatherings.lately I have noticed a decline in the quality of the pizza and its toppings. I’m not sure what it is but something has seemed off lately and has made us considered getting pizza from somewhere else.we don’t want to but if we continue to be dissatisfied unfortunately we will have to switch to another pizza place.also please give Anthony Ross a promotion or a raise. He is a very good man, a close friend of mine, and he has made some of the best pizza i’ve had not only from your restaurant but in general.very pleased with his work.

You just can't visit Canton, Ohio and fail to get Pizza Oven pizza and broasted "Jo-Jo" potatoes. Pizza Oven is a local favorite - we all grew up on Pizza Oven. It's usually the first place I go when I go home to visit. I literally place my order when I'm about 30 minutes away so I have pizza as soon as I get home. It's that much of a Canton institution!

I don’t get why it’s so hard to put sauce on a pizza? The last three I got were like this. Almost like a dry rub pizza. I’m going back to another local pizza shop. Not pizza oven. Sorry you just lost another customer because you want to save a dime on sauce. Unbelievable!

Was right down the road, when I picked it up it was as if it was sitting there for awhile and also the early bird special is what I used and when I called (2 times) they didn't know what I was talking about and I finally had to call the manager I should of gotten a free pizza, but didn't, i was really disappointed because I love pizza oven

Love this home town pizza. The best there is and I have enjoyed a few pizzas in my time. Always get one when I am back in Canton.

The food is ok it's just that the cheese always comes all the way off with just one bite

If I could do a half rating I would. The past three times I’ve gone here the service from the Employees was horrible, my order was not right, and my order was never on time. The last time I went I showed up early, and my pizza sat on the sitting area not a warmer for fifteen minutes and my potatoes still was not done. I left and I will never go back to this one!

The food was VERY mid for it to cost as much as it does but the employees are ALWAYS amazing and service is always quick

I go there multiple times a week for my father. He always gets carry out, for the most part they are pretty quick but the do get busy sometimes. With limited staffing, during busy hours they work there butts off to please new and regular customers happy.

Parents live outside of Ohio and we get Pizza Oven every time they come to town. Looking forward to the HOF Pizza Oven soon!

Always good. Crust has gotten thin though. Chicken is awsome, potatoes have changed, bigger and fatter than before.

Ordered chicken and Jojo's and it was over done to the point that it was like eating jecky. We called to complain and they said that they have no record of us ordering it. I have the number on my phone and paid with credit card, I also left a tip, what a mistake, never will order from there again. What a waste of my hard earned money.

I ordered a large pizza with sausage and extra cheese from the pizza oven on cleveland ave n.w and when I took it home there was no extra cheese and the crust tasted stale. If I could give them no stars I would! I'm done with pizza oven

I placed a large order for a party, pizzas barely had any pepperoni, both the fried chicken and hot wings had feathers on them, and the jojos were stacked on top of the fried chicken making it soggy. I’ll find another pizza place for future orders.

My order took well over an hr. Had to call to remind them. Food was cold, no silverware, ordered AND paid extra for thinly cut potatoes and got the fattest ones they could make. My order was $13 have the driver a $20 and he had the nerve to ask if I need change back!? !? Called and spoke to manager he said all he could do was give me 15% off next purchase. Very disappointed as I'm a local business owner and would have liked to order from here often. I was stuck at work, starving and this is what I got. Fat potatoes, 2 cold meatballs with no fork to eat them with and cold hard cheesy garlic bread.
