The Place has always been great with their hot tub service and supplies. Heather always goes the extra mile to help schedule any services that are convenient for us. Also, Sam took the time to inspect and troubleshoot an issue we were having with one of our jets while winterizing our hot tub.

Our experience was good from beginning to end.but it actually doesn't end. They continue to offer any service you may need including water care classes (free) and moving your tub to a new location (paid service of course.) That is pretty valuable in itself. I would buy from them again. Our salesman was Rex. He helped educate us on making a final decision. He came out to the house to help provide delivery instructions for their delivery team. Pleased with every step.and still receiving great service!

Tori does an excellent job at teaching about water maintenance for you your hot tub or swim spa. Very impressive and friendly.

After much research and visiting multiple stores, we recently had a gas fireplace insert installed. It was the best decision to go with The Place. The installers, Jen and Gary, were on time, neat, professional and a lot of fun. As soon as they arrived they draped a large drop cloth to protect the area and immediately went to work. Their installation was flawless. They communicated the burn-in and the unit's operation in detail with a light, friendly attitude. The Place does charge more for installation than other places, but we're glad we paid the higher cost. When Jen and Gary left they took all the packaging material and if not for the new insert you would have never known they were there. Spotless. Our neighbors were so impressed with the competitive prices and the quality of install they had one installed as well. The unit works flawlessly and provides the heat and beauty our sales representative assured us it would. We've turned the furnace down and use the insert to heat the most used zone of the house. We wholeheartedly recommend The Place and its staff to anyone interested in purchasing one of their products. Good people giving good advice.

Spoke to Marcus in service and he was really helpful by looking up a purchase by the previous homeowner. I was able to get the correct model and part numbers for my fireplace insert. Marcus was so kind and diligent.

The Place, really cared about the problems I was having with my spa. Heather Bolton (service manager?), immediately did her best to get their service tech (Max), scheduled to fix things. Heather was very personable & worked with me on the costs. Max was very knowable about spas and fixed the install very fast. I have dealt with The Place for over 10 years now and I recommend them to everyone!

The Place people did an excellent job from start to finish to replace our fireplace and repair all water damage items. Tim was very professional in guiding us through each step of the process. Troy's craftsmanship and attitude were exceptional. Caleb was a good team player. Even the people hired by Tim to do brick (Chris) and tile work (Tony) were very professional and took pride in their work. We are very pleased by the work done by the entire The Place team - the fireplace looks great. We highly recommend The Place.

Our experience getting fireplace inserts installed was top notch. The sales associate Candy was very professional, and the install team was fantastic. Their communications were prompt, and every step was explained well. They have also been great to work with on our hot tub service and repairs in the past. I would definitely recommend The Place to my friends.

Because of trucking challenges, my hot tub cover shipment had been delayed. Understandable. Then Heather - at The Place - did me the really big favor of having it delivered to my house. And Fred took the time to install it, and stayed to make sure everything was working perfectly. I call that "incredible service! "

Could not be happier with the work The Place did! They tore out our old fireplace, put a new firebox in, a new gas insert and all new stone work. Did an outstanding job from start to finish. Top notch work. Highly recommend The Place!

Best way to spend your Saturday morning is in Tori's class at The Place! Tori has a spa class at The Place and it is so helpful! We will probably have to go a 2nd time because there is alot of info but at least she makes it enjoyable. Thanks for your help Tori!

Visited store to purchase a used hot tub cover, as advertised on their website. Zero used covers were available. Asked for price on a new cover, and they were unable to provide a quote for Vita Cabaret spa model. So, while I "haven't done business" with the store, I certainly visited the store in person, then tried and failed!

Bob in the parts department provided an amazing experience. I went to about 7 different pool and plumbing places before finding "the place. " Multiple life long plumbers had looked at me like I was crazy when I inquired about my hot tub diverter until Bob.
I bought my house with a hot tub and didn't know quite what I needed, Bob explained everything thoroughly, sold me what I needed, and walked me through what I needed to do when I got home. Outstanding service in a time where it's hard to get any personal service anywhere. Will definitely be back for anything "the place" offers.

We love our swim spa. Candy was great help on the front end, dialing in what we wanted and what we needed. Heather was very helpful in organizing the delivery. Nate, Russ, and Chris delivered the the tub with efficiency and professionalism while thoroughly razzing the homie, Chris, on his Bieber-esque, SEC-swoop of a haircut. 10/10
