The best vet I have ever been to. I'm a little bit of a overprotective pet parent (lol.) and they never act tire of my random emails. I have a lab who is a menace (say less, right?) and an elderly pitbull who is my heartdog and I'm mildly obsessive over, so.they know us by name unfortunately and we just love them.:)

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in even just every day life ways of being a pooch parent! Experienced with high energy/ rambunctious furry kids like our ding dong of a Sheppard lol Can't recommend their services enough, but will say be sure to sufficiently plan ahead for visits when possible as their quality care and facilities typically means their book is booked!

Though my pup was not a patient, he unexpectedly passed and these folks came to my rescue. Incredibly compassionate, kind, and actually cared about my dog. Though I had a different vet, when my dog was dying I called 3 different banfield locations and they all said, sorry, can't help, call an emergency vet. These folks were quick to say bring him in.but 10 mins later, he passed at home. Though I wasn't able to save him in time, these folks then helped me arrange a cremation service. They helped us to say goodbye after a super traumatizing and frustrating experience. They sent a bereavement card, as well as his pawprint. Their kindness is something that won't be forgotten during this horrible event. And now we will plant a memorial garden for my boy with the wildflower seeds they sent so my little one can remember our pup in a beautiful way. Thank you to the incredibly kind staff. Wish I had known of you all sooner. Maybe I'd still have my pup.

Nice, caring people who are patient and explain the details. Facility is clean and organized; just wish there was an overnight tech instead of going to an emergency vet hospital.
