The Ravines at Rocky Ridge, Westerville OH

Michelle at Ravines at Rocky Ridge is amazing. First, walking into Ravines club house is so beautiful, clean, and cozy. There is a great space to study, relax, do computer work & get a cup of coffee. Then I was greeted by Michelle. So friendly and has a great sense of humor! I love to laugh. She defiantly knows her stuff and is very knowledgeable. She took me to see a unit quickly and is very efficient. You can tell Michelle really cares for her community. Oh, and they are dog lovers, They have a gated area for your babies to play!

I been here 4 years with three different companies! But the worst was (PMS) THIS APARTMENT NEEDS SERIOUSLY UPDATED. Walls are thin! I heard neighbors snoring at night and dogs barking! So NO PEACE IN THIS DUMP! Just an unpleasant place too live in! The new management are all (property manage services) Unprofessional and do not keep residents information, then fraudulently charges more money! I would not rent here! Cant wait til my lease is over
I would rather live in a trailer park. The MAINTENANCE GUY IS A WEST SIDE Thief, the property did none thing of it, always came to my apartment when I said not to unless I’m present, not other only that! He falsely said we throw TRASH on grounds! And was charged three times because of this! This company is not understanding! And have the nerve to charge us extra on our last month in this DUMP! For utility bill, when it was paid! How dare y’all Michelle and Lou? No consideration for anything! Charges without explanation was always added to our rent! So glad we LEFT! I would NOT recommend at all! $1700 for a run down, OLD OUTDATED building! Look else where, THERE ARE TOO MANY MODERN APARTMENTS NEAR BY! Don’t waste your time! $1700 for a two bedroom flat is just ridiculous, especially since it a old brown interior look with old ASZ APPLIANCES! CheapPPPPPPPP!

Lived here for years and they were very friendly. They have added a dog park and gardening spaces. It is adjacent to another complex and condos so there is plenty of area to walk your dogs. I bought my first house and they were lenient about leaving my lease slightly early to avoid double paying.

My fiancee and I worked with Michelle at the front counter, she has been nothing but helpful and corteous. We were worried about the moving process before hand, but Michelle has made the process so easy and painless. She is the bomb. 5/5 Would Recommend.

New owners are terrible compared to the previous ones. No Incentives whatsoever to live here now. No community involvement. Management not keeping the grounds clean. Extremely disappointed resident of 3 years. Would not recommend to anyone. Inflated prices, terrible management and lackluster units. Save yourself the money and headache of living here until it’s sold again to an actual community.

I have to say it was scary and challenging to move but Amy property manager made it painless. She help ease me and help with the application process worked with me and now I'm make Ravines Rocky Ridge my hone

Lived in this complex from 2020-2021 in the premium upstairs 2B2B apartments on Nineteen Rock Crossing. As other reviews have mentioned, the walls are very thin. We constantly heard our neighbor's dog barking and the other neighbors fighting at 3am. The complex and amenities were nice but the tenant management at that time was poor. Our neighbors below us were constantly smoking every leafy substance in their apartment (which permeated into ours) and would throw loud parties all night. Sadly, Champion did not address these concerns during the last 6 months of our lease. Amanda at the front office was very understanding and empathetic but Champion would not give her the teeth to handle these terrible tenants (multiple tenants other than myself had also complained). We decided to not renew our lease due to our lost faith in Champion.

I am disappointed to see that the management is attempting to discredit my review by claiming they do not have record of my lease with them. Perhaps they are confused since my Google account name is not my legal name. I've added two pictures taken from our balcony during our year there.

I am new to Columbus area as a whole, and living here has made my move so convenient and easy. The area is beautiful and I’ve never once felt unsafe while living here. The owners of Rocky Ridge Ravine have went above and beyond to ensure I got the apartment that I wanted and needed with a great overview of the dog park

I've been living here for few months now & I have no issues with it, wayyy better than complex. Gyms nice, pools not really busy, nice & quiet I'd recommend & maintenence is really fast!

I have been living in this apartment complex for almost 5 years now, never late for rent and always appreciate the work the past 3 or 4 management companies, especially the champions, they did great work. The current management company did nothing to improve the community and did not keep the good work up but definitely keep their rent up with outdated buildings and zero updates. I am ready to move out and do not recommend this complex under this management to anyone.

Edited: The champion management (previous one) built a dog park, a garden, upgraded the gym and re-did the parking lot. That is the good work I have experience before but not anymore. The lack of continuous community improvement is the impression I was given. This review has nothing personal about my apartment experience but about the community experience. Please keep things professional and response accordingly based on my review but not what you imagine.

Overpriced, old appliances, cheap appliances, small space for family! Thin walls, brown dirt grass! Maintenance is very slow and they look like a thief in the night! Maintenance will lie in order to help property overcome their own expense! Would not recommend this place to a homeless dog or person!

I lived in Rocky Ridge for over 3 years while they were owned by Champion without any issues. However, Rocky Ridge has recently transferred companies and is now owned by ‘Property Management Company’. The apartment complex has severely gone downhill since the change in ownership. Rocky Ridge previously felt like a community, but the new owners have made it into a business, period. It’s obvious they are cutting corners wherever they can in order to save a buck. Here are just a few examples: it’s impossible to reach anyone in the office (even through email). We are not given adequate notice for apartment entry by management or for water shut offs. Additionally, as you can see in the picture below, management removed ALL OF THE GRASS and replaced it with rocks? They are also currently using hay to remove any remaining grass as you can see in the picture. Now the community dogs have to relieve themselves on the sidewalks. Now, the Rocky Ridge community is no longer a nice place to live.

To the management at Rocky Ridge, I implore you to have some self awareness and look at how you are running this complex. Your inability to find new tenants is a direct consequence of your treatment of current residents. You can send out a thousand emails asking us to ‘refer a friend’ for a bonus, but not a single resident in their right mind would make a referral under these current living conditions. Personally, I would not even recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy. Please choose another complex to live in. There are many other complexes in this area that are being taken care of and are well maintained.

There are too many other apartments in the area that are way more updated, this place is cheap, very outdated, walls are thin, no upgrades but they increase rent. This new cuba or Hispanic family that has taken over rocky ridge, property management company! They are lazy! And overpriced! Clearly none educated. Do not move here! Choose else place! I had several issues with them! Champions company was better off here instead! Glad to moved from here! Would never recommend!
