Went in to grab a record that just came out, was greeted very kindly and had nice conversations the whole time. I was talking about how I missed the listening party a week prior for the record I was getting - I was then given a BUNCH of extras from the listening party since I missed out on it. Amazing experience, will absolutely be back!

One of the last of its kind in the country. The Record Connection is a community asset, don't take them for granted. Shop there for all of your music needs, the service is great, and quality is guaranteed.

I have many fond memories of buying music here. Jeff is a great guy. Any staff were always helpful and easy to talk to. The store was always clean. The music selection was always amazing too. It was rare to walk out of there without some new music. I haven't been here in AGES since moving back to New Castle in 2004 but I'm going to have to change that as soon as possible I'm glad The Record Connection is still around. We need music and more importantly independent music stores

I attended this record store for the Green Day “Saviors” listening party and it was AMAZING! Great service and vinyl selection. 10/10

Was in town for Thanksgiving so I stopped by for record store day on Friday. Owner seemed very nice and pleasant. It is a nice record store. Only negative thing I can say is the handful of the prices I looked at on RSD items were all about 20% higher than the retail price at my local stores and what I could find online at a couple of other record stores.

I turned to TRC after having a relapse immediately after graduating Drug Court. I was completely hopeless and at odds with family and in a very toxic relationship. The love and support encouraging me to be my true genuine self helped me build my foundation brick by brick! Recovery is not generally a black and white situation. We all have our own paths. The ladies at TRC helped me understand it's ok to be me and showed me acceptance! Teaching me how to make my recovery work for me. Almost 2 years later and I have now found my niche. I have found perfect job for me, I have found my purpose. I have held this job longer than any job in my life. I have become comfortable to be alone. I have made a home that feels like a home and I have built bridges with family I thought I would never find a way to form relationships with. I have learned to work thru the toughest times. I can not say enough about how TRC helped me learn to use the tools to build the life I want! I would recommend TRC to anyone battling addiction. I honestly can say without them I don't think I would have made it to where I am in life today! Recovery is a life long journey and not always easy, I know that even though I completed TRC almost 2 years ago but I can't reach out at any time and still have support in the hard times. If you were to ask anyone who knew me they would all tell you they never thought I'd be alive today let alone living my best life! I never let myself forget without the help, love and support I received in my darkest days I could never have made it where I am today! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Julie and Meredith and all of the staff of TRC who give their all everyday to each and everyone of their clients! And believe me I was not the easiest person to deal with! I didn't deserve the love they gave! But I am beyond grateful they loved me when I didn't love myself!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, big selection of new/used vinyl, CDs, cassettes.really nothing else in the area compares.

Lots of RSD releases. Had beautiful copies of a Be Bop Deluxe compilation from 1979 and an Ian Hunter album (Shades Of) in a gatefold sleeve. Didn't buy anything but they were generally expensive.

Just getting into records and this was the best place for me to go! Jeff, the owner, was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and down-to-earth.

Worth the drive from Columbiana every time. The best selection of new vinyl in the area. Very fair trade in prices. Jeff is super friendly, personable, and cares about his customers. I’ll always do business here and I highly recommend to my friends. A+

The owner won’t stock the new Todd Rundgren record because he was political at one of his concerts. Meanwhile the owner has a political sign in his window. So he can present his political opinions in public but no one else can. Arrogant. #boycottrecordconnection
