My race is not convenient for you to rent where very poor maintenance the walls get damp the people in the office do not help you and besides there is not much parking and here they have business with the tow trucks every day two tow trucks come at night to take the cars until they inspect you If your stiker is valid, not even the police are as attentive as these rats

It is a quiet and safe place where tranquility is perceived, which is recommended to be with your family and enjoy the comfort of their apartments and respectively the office staff.

Very good area to live in with ease of shopping near Walmart and very good schools. It is a perfect and safe area to live in.

Holy hell, I made the mistake of doordashing here and I reported it to DoorDash as a no fly zone. There were broken garage door with homeless people in them, excavating dumpsters overflowing, piles of furniture, and of course the recipient of the delivery answered and the apartment smelled like smoke and urine.

Finally free of this place. I wish I could rate it lower! Terrible management and zero maintenance. We also had a moisture problem from multiple floods happening! And nothing was done about our complex flooding! When we moved our furniture to move we spotted all the mold growth! I am horrified this place is allowed to remain open!

Do not move here. This apartment are very poorly maintained. I had a moisture issue in my apartment and had mold growing everywhere. Insulation problems where my outlets were getting frozen and nothing was done until I said that I was going to take other actions. This is unacceptable. Please don’t waste your hard earned money here.

I'm a former resident and everything others have said are true. The property is poorly maintained and the office manager is very rude. My family & I have suffered dealing with roaches, mice, mold among other maintenance issues. This property management company is not interested in creating a safe/habitable living environment for its residents. If you desire a decent place to live this place is not for you.

Don’t move here we are currently under new maintenance. These sick people are finding any and every reason to bother the people who have lived here years. They came in the office and had everyone with no air the whole summer. They didn’t come fix anything until it started getting windy. I’ve never seen management like this. It’s like they are literally finding anything to pick with residents about it’s sad and I don’t know how they sleep at night when they do the things they do. May god give them the karma they deserve for doing these families like this. Please avoid moving here. You will want to move as soon as you stay here
