I've been going to RDT for a little over a year, and my hair has never looked better. LaDosha and her team aren't merely hairstylists, they're haircare professionals.

Great atmosphere, very friendly people, i had my hair done by Ladosha. She is very knowledgeable and well informed, i learnt alot about my hair;what would nurture it and what causes damage. The level of professionalism is remarkable. Would definitely recommend, because she makes your hair look awesome and also educates you on how to give your hair that tlc that it needs

After doing some research I came to Ladosha to do a curly perm for my niece. Her hair was so thick, dry, and it was hard for her curls to form anymore. Ladosha did such an amazing job and created such a beautiful memory for me to see my nieces face with the curls she’s been dreaming of having for years. She even made time for us when we had follow up/concerns for maintenance and showed her how to style her new hair. Thank you!

I came here and was saved by the wonderful Christian. I had a distressed area of hair after improper care from another stylist at a different salon and she treated it and got some pattern back. She educated me at every step and taught me about my hair. She also gave me an Afro centric ponytail that slays for days. I came in in tears and walked out glowed up! Thank you everyone at RDT!

It is my first time here. I really liked the people there as they helped me a lot about finding what is the wrong with my hair. They educated me a lot about how to take care of my hair. I wear a hijab and they respected that and reserved a room for me. I had to wait for a while to get service although I got an appointment other than that everything was great.

I came to this salon 2 weeks ago for the 1st time and I wasn't having the greatest day, but by the time I left my day was so much better. The whole staff is so supportive of each other. They will educate you about how to care and manage your hair. I felt so comfortable being there. They treat their clients like family and I loved that. Beautiful atmosphere filled with beautiful music and beautiful people. My next appointment was scheduled before I walked out the door. Excited to return Check them out if you're looking for "THAT" experience most salons nowadays fall short of providing.

Hair treatments are amazing leaving my scalp tingling. I’ve been getting my hair cut at various salons for 50 years and it’s the first time I love my shoulder length style. Ladosha took my limp hay-like hair and put the bounce back into my biracial curls. I’m going to keep coming back!

After two disastrous experiences having my locs retwisted at other locations, I found The Reverence Design Team Hair Salon. I came for a free consultation, and Ladosha explained their process and perspective for my natural hair. She was lovely and immediately made me feel I had made the right choice. She introduced loctitian Christian, who was just as sweet. My appointment two weeks later was terrific, and I felt extremely relaxed and cared for by Christian as she explained what she was doing along the way. The salon atmosphere is clean, friendly, and calming, and my retwist was beautiful! I look forward to my next visit, with more afterward.
