The tech was super friendly and professional but that price to snake a shower drain was so expensive

Just had Rooter Works replace all waterlines in my house. The staff was very professional from beginning to end. The plumber Mike Brewer, was very meticulous about his work, double checked his work and others and left my home in pristine shape. Definitely ️ ️️️️ workmanship!

Daniel came out on a Saturday not long after I made the first call to Rooter Works. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and took care of our clogged sewer line. He took extra time to make sure he had done everything he could before he left and was super friendly. I would definitely recommend Rooter Works to anyone needing quick, quality plumbing services, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Daniel be the one who shows up!

I had a leak around the toilet. I called the Rooter Woks to find out that the leak is caused by a major damage under the toilet. Brian Taylor did awesome job dealing with the root cause of the leak, advised us to replace the old standard commode with a deluxe one. We are very pleased with Brian T work. His work reflects his passion to his job. He did awesome job for a reasonable cost. Thanks Brian, thanks Rooter Works. I will definitely hire you for any future work.

We called rooter works over a Sunday for a leak in basement ceiling this summer. They charged $600 for a 40 min repair (I should have shopped around but was worried due to the leak). We later got the dry wall fixed and painted for $700, only the leak to return this weekend. The tech spent an hour cutting out ceiling dry wall and could not figure out except saying the leak is not where they repaired. I figured out the leak was next to the repair. Only, if they have fixed the whole segment, this would not have happened as the copper pipe looked eroded next to the repair patch (see photos compared to the next pipe). They asked for $500 to repair again. No response from rooter works, when I asked why should I be paying $1100 total for such a small repair. We called another company who fixed both pipes for $200 and said rooter work repair was suboptimal. Rooter works takes advantage of people like us who tried to trust them with decent quality work. Be careful and check their work and consider other companies.

Had a service done today and everything went amazing, I am a returning customer and will continue to be due to the amazing work that continues to be done and they showed up at the correct time!
