I love Madison. I love that she is always trying new things, but yet knows exactly what I need color, cut and style wise. All the ladies are so courteous and great!

First time trying this salon. It was recommended to me. Lacy was my stylist and I absolutely love my short hairstyle. She truly listened to what I wanted and I could not be any happier! I highly recommend this place. Thank you Lacy! I will be coming back. ️

Brittany is my stylist for several years now.she always does a beautiful job styling and coloring my hair. I couldn’t be more pleased!

The Spa has high safety protocols in place. You are always greeted with a friendly smile and outstanding service. It’s truly one of my favorites places to go!

Lacey was extremely thorough and professional with my cut and style. She was also extremely knowledgeable discussing a future coloring appointment. Dakota listened to my wishes concerning an eyebrow wax with wonderful results. Beautiful, calm, clean, safe, and relaxing environment.

Five star service. I have been to other places in town. Loved my visit and all the services. The staff are very personalable, great customer service, which is hard to find these days. I did have issues with the website in scheduling my appointments. I emailed them and they called me right away to help me get things taken care of. They even found a way to close a gap so I wouldn't have as long of a wait between a couple of my services on the same day.

I've had a massage here and it was wonderful, however the second time I went was for a pedicure. After I got home to take a closer look I feel I could have gone to a cheaper place or done it myself. I was not very pleased. So disappointed.

I am giving the largest shout out to The Spa at River Ridge! I am so grateful that I can visit this luxurious spa near to my home, for a variety of services. Today, I had my very first eyebrow arch with Melanie and her services were above reproach! It was calming, peaceful, and the music is so relaxing. She gave me a perfect eyebrow arch! I am so happy. All the girls who met me at the front desk were courteous and helpful. Since I also asked about volumizing shampoo products, one young lady gave me several samples to take home to try for myself! I love their Unite products and I use them regularly too. I have always been happy with their pedicures and the times I have wanted highlights in my hair, they really listen to the client and what she wants. Today, they EVEN offered me help to my car, in the pouring rain, which I didn't need.but the idea that they offered was just incredible to me! I love, love this Spa so much!

They are absolutely amazing. Everyone is so kind and has a smile on their face when they see you. From check in to check out you will be treated wonderfully.

Beautiful surroundings and a wonderful and accommodating staff. See Sam if you need/want a great short cut. I'm sure she's well versed in all styles but I have super short hair hence the recommendation. If you are looking to treat yourself to something special make an appointment with Jordan for the "Bliss Pedicure " it is heavenly.

Very pleased! I have yet to step foot into the Spa but feel so obligated to right a review because of the wonderful treatment thus far. I am getting married in September and was looking around for a place I could get my hair and makeup done. Marcella was quick to reach out and made the process STRESS free- which is what a bride needs. The makeup artist has already reached out about my likes and is super friendly! I will update my review after my trial sessions and day of appointments! XO

Very easy to schedule, location is easy to get to, and massage was great! I only wish there was a dedicated relaxation time before the massage begins.

I had a pre-natal massage and it was incredible. The masseuse took her time and had a set up that was comfortable for this pregnant lady. Can’t wait to go back and would highly recommend.

The Spa at River Ridge was the BEST way to start our morning before the wedding! Obviously, everyone was a little nervous for the day, but we were able to relax in a big, beautiful room together, drink champagne and have breakfast! Miranda, Holland, and Erica were our hair stylists and they did a phenomenal job on all the ladies! They were quick, listened to what we wanted, and executed perfectly. Marcella did an awesome job coordinating the whole event and is just so friendly! Highly recommend for all services, not just bridal!

I have been to this spa over 10 times and I have been very impressed with my experiences. The staff is warm and kind, the hair products are top of the line, the atmophere is impressive and up to date, the hospitality is warm and thoughtful, my cut and color has always been exactly what I wanted, & my nails looked great after a mani and a pedi. You can’t go wrong with the Spa at River Ridge.

My stylist has early appointments which I love. I love my color and the spa is beautiful. They have my loyalty.
