Absolutely terrible place, they lie about everything pricing and all you can find it cheaper and better at other places. The female staff here very disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They have no respect for veterans.

Had a great experience buying new windows today from Jaimie Herold. Jaimie was high knowledge and low pressure, the complete opposite of the sales rep.from UWD. And she was actually my Third Estimate but when I'm ready to replace my doors, she will definitely be my first.

Nate and Jaimie are very friendly and social. They were down to earth and they felt like family! I would highly recommend them both.

We had our roof and windows completed by The 3rd Estimate in December 2023. Jason and Cliff, who installed the windows, were great. They covered our carpet in front of each window and cleaned up after they installed the windows. The roof crew arrived early and the roof finished in two days. Best of all was I got huge discount by doing more work at one time. I would advise anyone to always take advantage of the off season with contractors. It's when you get the best deals!

We love our new windows. The installers came right in accessed their task and went to work. They worked quickly and efficiently. The results are gorgeous.

Very poor communication from a business/sales aspect. Quite a headache. No complaints with the actual roofers.

3rd Estimate followed through with everything they promised. Even though there were a few hiccups they were so supportive. The roofers who did my roof were professional, polite, and respectful. My roof is beautiful and I am extremely happy with the finished work. The roofers did such a great job cleaning up that I think my yard is cleaner than before they came. Jamie the sales woman was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the product she was selling. She was also very sweet and funny. Just wanted to add to my review "J" came over to measure my windows and door. He was a very nice gentleman and very professional. Once he was done he let us know what is next and about how long. I do recommend this company for they have a very friendly staff. Our windows and door was put in yesterday. Love them and the gentleman that installed them was very professional and friendly. I highly recommed this company to buy and install your windows.

I had a roof replacement done about 2 weeks ago, shingles are buckling all over the entire peak of the house. Their crew (subcontractor) did not even cover the sheathing that was installed where it meets near the gutters, so there are areas for the moisture to get in and has been left uncovered since they put the shingles up about 3 weeks ago. I will post pictures of this and where there are still nails through the fascia on the house close to the gutters.

Update in 2023: now that new management has taken over, we would not recommend the third estimate. They have dropped the ball on future projects and placed the wrong windows in our front door with a replacement estimate of 6-8 weeks. That was 4 months ago. They also never finished the facade of the door that we purchased from them with a contract and were told that they didn’t have note of that until we showed the contract. Again we’ve been waiting 4+ months to hear any status update. Finally, they’ve dropped the ball on our insurance submission twice now. I’m grateful for the work they did in 2022 but the company is different.

The Third Estimate has been the biggest help as we update our home! We needed to replace old windows and Zach was so kind and thorough throughout the whole process. The windows are great quality (though my pup is sad that we get less heat from the sun). We then had to replace a damaged roof and shutters from a recent storm and Zach helped us again! They make the process go smoothly and have high quality products. We have recommended them to friends and neighbors and will continue to utilize them as we update our house.

I've been trying to get my roof and siding installed since September 15,2023. First it was a supply issue. Then a permit issue. Then a "wait your turn" issue. They tell me permits have been pulled from October but my city has no record of them. I've left several messages but no one from production will call me back. Can't say I'd recommend this company at all! If there were negative stars, I'd give those! Better get a Fourth estimate.
