The Tile Shop, Sharonville OH

I would not recommend this shop. Here is what I was sold on vs.what I got. It’s obvious they have the best stones within the samples of the shop, their magazine and website. Not pleased a third of savings went to this.

I recently purchased tile for a kitchen backsplash, as part of a kitchen remodel at my home. I purchased my tile from The Tile Shop.

Large selection, clean store, generous exchange policy.

The only knock I'll give them is that a lot of their displays do not feel as if they've been updated in some time. They give me a bit of a Fresh Prince/Blossom/Soundgarden/The Macarena 90s vibe.

I like The Tile Shop in Sharonville.

Very little customer service, "clerks" are not at all educated on the products they sell. Store neat & clean, well displayed thou some displays have broken, chipped or cracked tiles this is NOT a good selling feature. Overall i grade the sharonville store D.

The Tile Shop is on there game, don't even waste your time at Floor and Decor.

Terrible, bought tiles and then ran out and had to reorder them. They gave wrong colored tiles. They refused to do anything about it. Thanks for ruining our Kitchen Tile Shop!

You will have a hard time returning itens and after paying higher than average prices you should have an easier returns process.

If you need tile, you should shop at The Tile Shop in Sharonville. Megan helped us get everything we need. Tile, grout, etc.they make sure you have everything you need. Very knowledgeable.
