Worst customer service, he is very rude and arrogant. He will not allow to pickup UPS packages from his. He says it his store is franchise, but the UPS customer service said he has signed agreement to do UPS services. #UPS should read all the reviews for this store and have to take some action. Never go to this particular store.

My company had a issue with an expensive diamond ring that was shipped to Florida and was mishandled at the point of receipt at the UPS Tampa, Florida hub. Shawn, the manager, was helpful from the beginning and stuck with us thru the whole process of trying to be reimbursed for the loss. It is good to know that we have a shipper close to our store who understands customer service and the importance of building trusting relationships. Shawn and UPS Store 1511 did not let us down.it took a few months to get this matter settled, but we are grateful for their attention and follow thru.

Terrible store FedEx is way better I would not recommend UPS showed up on the account number and a package and was told all you need to print your own label not giving any recommendation saying maybe create your label online and we can print it for you nothing just tough luc

Like they said the owner's son got a problem with ups access point program and WILL SEND ALL YOUR PACKAGE DIRECTED HERE BACK TO SENDER. With this kind of attitude wonder how they'll last in business

Absolutely awful customer service skills. Extremely rude and unprofessional about access point packages. Sends every package delivered there back. Would recommend any other store but this one.

Too expensive prices keep going up and up. Going back to the USPostal service, shipping same package 13.00 cheaper.

The owner's son hates the UPS My Choice program so much that he to automatically ships packages back to the sender if they are routed to this Access Point. Two of my packages were returned to sender with no attempt at delivery and no time given for me to pick them up. He returned them to the sender immediately upon receipt.

You would think you wouldn't list yourself as a UPS Access Point if you're just going to refuse to participate and reject any packages that get sent to you, but what do I know?

Very rude staff on the phone. Don't have any packages sent there, they will refuse them and then you have to pay to re-ship and deal with a huge headache. Very disappointed in this location and would not recommend visiting this location or trusting them with your packages.

Refused the package that we ordered to have delivered to their location. Caused a 2+ week delay in receiving package and we have to pay to re-ship. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

Despite the fact that this a "UPS access point" the manager will refuse package deliveries. Then they go into limbo and it takes hours of phone time to get them or just find them. Staff refuses to say why package was refused. States"we're not UPS we're a franchise. " Manager refuses to come to the phone or explain why he refuses packages. Ridiculously poor service. Rude and completely unwilling to help. Will never do business with them again

To print a label is $5 to rent the computer- give me a break. Customer service is not even a thing at this store!

The owner/manager here does not allow notary services for auto titles. UPS websites suggest notary services generally are available so not sure how this location can pick and choose. Wasted a morning planning to take care of a title here.

Friendly staff, but took 3 tries to get the address right. Mistakes were completely different words, not simple misspellings. Person didn't apologize for mistake, but whatever. Just make sure you double check every thing.

Had a box that was a bit oversized and the staff cut it down and shaped it to save me around 100$. Great staff, great experience.

Great UPS location! This is the only location I have been to in the Columbus area in terms of UPS and I don't think I need to go any further! Very nice staff and very helpful when you have questions. I was laughed at for similar questions at my local USPS which was already a horrible experience! Thank you UPS in Grandview!

Hostility is all you can expect here. Took my shipment in with a prepaid next day air label printable via my ups account. Refused to provide an envelope (the same one UPS will send you hundreds of for free) and when asked how much it would cost to print my label, they responded with $5! Went to Staples nearby and had no issues whatsoever. It cost me a dime to print the label and absolutely nothing to put it in a UPS envelope. This location is a joke. You know that feeling of "Hmm the owner must be a low class prick" when you go to some store and they charge a fee for using a card over cash? It's like that but on a whole new level.

I was in and out pretty fast. Only complaint I would have is the $5 charge to use the computer real fast to print out a return label. Other than that, not too bad.

I have usually had great service On my last visit had some challenges.
Found that the staff not very helpful or resourceful to solve the problem.took it to ship somewhere else and had no problems.
