The woman behind the counter did not print my receipt for my return. I asked her to reprint them. She said she can't. When I told her I did not receive refunds for prior packages that I did not receive a receipt from ups, she said she can't do anything about it and cannot look it up in their system. I told her I would cancel the return and redo it so I can get a receipt. She ignored me and took another customer. I said, excuse me I'm still here. Then she said to me that I was being rude! Poor customer service and experience today.

I can't believe I have to give at least one star to write the review. I've been there several times now and every time when I went there all staff were just so rude and horrible. I've seen a lot of unbelievable racial discrimination that the the employees were doing to their customers based on their ethnicity. Can't believe this place is still running as if nothing had happened. This is the place where you can feel frustrated and annoyed immediately after you are done with your stuff. I have no idea why people are still going there.

VERY BAD SERVICE, this store should close and loose their franchise. They lie and charge you more. They told me they will deliver a package if paid higher premium in 3 business days which I promptly did, then they handed it over to local post office and it was delivered in 8 days.when I asked them for the delay and why would local post office deliver when I paid for UPS service ($90 vs $24), they said it is remote location which is funny, this is capital of the state and naval headquarters in the region. Vow, I call UPS customer service, they cannot do anything. They have absolutely no responsibility. I don't know why UPS has a customer service when they cannot make franchise do anything.

I have been a long time customer of this store and even rent a Mailbox for my business here and when I brought a pre-paid return shipment to be shipped out, the woman at the counter refused to assist in taping the two boxes together (one shipment-one call tag) even though there was a roll of package tape sitting on the counter next to her. I had to purchase a roll of package tape and do it myself. Worst customer service ever. Just plain rude.

I want to give them no star. I went to get an international shipping service and chose the most expensive one because their staff told me so firmly that the package will be delivered in three days after it was checked in with no mentioning "Not Guaranteed or expected delivery date" on shipment receipt. Because the fee was very expensive (over $200) I checked with her several times to make sure that the package will be delivered in three days. However, the tracking history showed delivered 10 days later, and the package was actually delivered to the person 15 days later. I went to their store to ask why the delivery was not like what I was told. They were like "Why did you listen to what I said, but not check on what shipment receipt showed". Right, all they want is how to make you pay in the most expensive way. So watch out your wallet when you are there. No wonder why they got such low rate.

I had an amazing experience yesterday at this store. Everyone went above and beyond to help me with a time-sensitive printing project. Super impressive, attentive, engaged team. Incredible customer service.

I never write reviews. The only reason I am writing this one is because I was shocked when I saw the rating when looking up their phone number today. I have always had exceptional customer service at this location. Very kind and always helpful.

I only come here about once every couple of months. But the people that work here are always very friendly and quick at what they do.

I use this UPS location regularly and have always found the service to be fast and helpful. I am surprised by some of the negative reviews on here - this has totally not been my experience. I will even drive out of my way to come to this location because of the fast, efficient and great service that I've received.

Terrible customer service. Family run business. The kids are great but the father could care less about client service. I rented a box purely so I could receive freight and items which is, what they offer as a service, only to get complaints about how many freight packages I received. They wouldn’t accept a FedEx prepaid return labeled box even though the FedEx truck stops here. I’ve tried over and over but every time I leave frustrated by something.

I always have a great experience at this UPS store. I always opt to send packages here vs the Post Office or Pakmail.

I have bought boxes, shipped boxes, had boxes packed, etc.from this store for the past several years. I have not had any issues with customer service whatsoever no matter what day or time I have brought my items in. All of the clerks I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful and have worked to find me the least expensive method of shipping and/or boxing my items. I am at a loss to explain these negative reviews unless it is a matter of only chronically disgruntled people are posting! This store has been great for years!
