10I am a familiar customer of this place. A few weeks ago I posted here but they were lost.they opened the case to pay me back. But when I send them they only pay 2/3 of the amount. I have to pay the rest myself. The girl said to me in an impolite voice, "don't come in back and ask about your money. " And today is the last day I will never return to this place.
I called 4 FedEx shipping centers for help on a sensitive package- zero help. Thankfully I found Javier at this UPS shipping center.he was amazing. His guidance and customer service saved the day. Don’t bother going anywhere else.
I just received the most excellent customer service at this UPS store. I was assisted by Javier who was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure my package could be delivered by the date I needed and helped with packing my shipment to protect the contents. Thanks so much!
In need of notary services? Good luck! I have had to come in twice only to find the notary isn't there and I have to come back a third time. Glad I've wasted my time enough
AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I got the run-around all afternoon from Amazon, including on the phone & at the Hub brick-&-mortar store on High St. In 2 minutes the UPS sales woman had fixed everything & helped me more than anyone all day! I am so grateful. Yeay for quality customer service! ️
I HAD NO CONPLAINTS, UNTIL JAVIER.i BEEN WAITING "DAYS" FOR THEM TO RUN MY PAYMENT, NORMALLY I GET SERVICE. & RECIPT. BUT THERE NOT EVEN ANSWERING THE EMAIL.i QUESS HE DOESNT THINK LONG TERN CUSTOMER MATTER, UNTIL THEY HAVE NO ONE BUYING. "Can i get some quilty service? "i wonder if the owner knows, or who monter& mail thifts tambering?

This store is one of the most efficient and friendly places to do business. They forward my mail and always keep track of packages, even if I am traveling. I have used their mailbox for over 5 years and will continue to do so.
