I dropped off a package that needed to be placed in a bubble envelope.it looked like a tight fit, but the associate guaranteed me it would fit after popping a couple of the bubbles, so I paid and left. My package arrived at its destination "crumpled and torn" and was therefore not processed. I spoke to the manager, who told me she'd look into it and call me back. Surprise, she never called back and I'm out $50. Very poor customer service- I'll never return

Every visit to ship a package has been excellent. The staff is always friendly, customer service is great, I'm in and out in minutes.

Quick and Easy - In and out (Amazon return) handed me a receipt (which I didn't have to ask for) and I was out the door

I am working about one and a half year with this UPS branch, (I am also working sometimes Gahanna, Old Westerville and Henderson Road.branches).
Newark UPS is one of the best.
I met almost all of the staff members, all are hardworking, kind staff and solved all my shipping problems.

I received great customer service tonight! I was frustrated and having difficulty figuring out how to print my documents when I walked into The UPS store 5 minutes before they were scheduled to close, hoping I could at least get a few of my documents printed. Shannon, went above and beyond to help me! She took the time to show me how to print the documents I needed without rushing me out the door or making me feel like an inconvenience. She was extremely patient, friendly and professional!

I dropped off an Amazon return today at The UPS Store #6576.   When I walked in, I had to wait a few minutes because the associate was on the phone with a previous Amazon return customer, and that customer was complaining that Amazon was saying they have no receipt that their item was returned.
After she was done helping that customer, she asked if I needed help.   I handed over my Amazon return and asked for a receipt.   That's where the problem immediately began.   She instantly became emotional and started angrily telling me that the receipt means nothing and they aren't actually a receipt.   After about 20-30 seconds of this I insisted on a receipt.   She then spent the 2 seconds printing the receipt, that is labeled "Drop-Off Package Receipt, PLEASE SAVE FOR YOUR RECORDS".   I understand the receipt doesn't specify the item, but it does specify the tracking number that Amazon has in their system, that corresponds to the returning item, which proves UPS store has possession of the item; i.e, common sense to adults.
Once she angrily slammed the receipt down on the counter she stormed off like a child throwing a tantrum.

* Is this the behavior UPS Store pays their employees to express?
* Is this how UPS Store chooses to be represented?
* Will UPS Store go bankrupt if they print receipts for customers who ask for them?
* Does UPS Store regret agreeing to process Amazon Returns?   If so, how is that the customers' fault?
* Should customers, like myself, expect to go into a UPS Store establishment and feel anxious about how rudely they will be treated?

There are way too many mature adults looking for jobs right now for this type of incompetency to be tolerated.

Deliberately overcharges for packages.

I used the UPS website to calculate the price of my shipment so I knew how much to expect it. When I arrived at this UPS Store, they asked for an additional $10 over what I was quoted online. When I questioned the discrepancy, they explained that they add one inch to the actual measurements of the box. Even though my box was 12.5 x 12.5 x 16, they wanted to charge shipping as if it were 14 x 14 x 17.

I walked out with my package and will never use UPS again. This ought to be illegal.

I went to this location this morning to ship some items to my boss in Cleveland and I didn’t know what to expect due to the negative reviews. But the girl working was friendly, engaging and fast. I’ll definitely be going back.

It's absolutely fantastic that the door is locked at 12: 30 on a Saturday with handwritten sign "Closed Early: 9am -12pm AC Broke". But the employee is plainly visible inside drinking a bottle of water.

Ive been trying all day to call the store during hours of operation just to get an answering machine telling me the hours of operation. I have called literally 7 times through the entire day with no answer. That's not fair to possible customers
