The UPS Store, Brooklyn OH

Was almost attacked by staff for having my Amazon package in a box which is apparently a huge no. Had to run out of there. The store needs to be shut down and a petition needs to be started… They are bullying the neighborhood because they are miserable and they are a menace to society.

Missed the UPS guy @2: 30p, because I was at work. I get a notification that my package is available for pick up at this location around 6pm. So I drive over with the notice sticker in hand and the lady rudely said when did your package get here. No greeting? No hello how are you? She said the package wouldn’t be available for pick up til tomorrow. Well why does it say it’s ready for customer pickup online? No response. Waste of a drive. UPS in general needs work!

I was in there a few days Alisha helped me with my Amazons returns, I had so many and she was so patient while I filter thur my account looking for the return labels

I went there today to ship something to New Jersey it was $40 for the shipping. To put it in a box with bubble wrap was $50! I get it everyone has to make money but I felt completely ripped off and taken advantage of. I will never go to the store again.

My husband had an appointment with the notary set up for today at 430p. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes he proceeds to the counter where he was told, "Sorry but our Notary quit ". Really! You could not call us and tell us? !

I had a package that was delivered to this store. Online package tracking said my package was delivered at the front desk yesterday and signed for by an employee, but when I went to the UPS store to pick up my package, I was told that "delivered" meant it wasn't delivered yet and they didn't have my package - she didn't even look. I waited a few hours and called in to ask where my package was and was told it was there. I had to go back to the UPS store again and when I got my package, it the package is clearly marked showing that it WAS received by the store yesterday. Why was I originally told they didn't have it when clearly they did? They should've just left the package at my doorstep instead of taking it to this worthless store. I didn't leave any instructions for them to deliver it to this location. Avoid this location if you can.the staff is generally not helpful, competent, or friendly.

No UPS drop box & no notary available the day I came in. Clearly this location needs some help!

I just recently went into this store yesterday around 5-6 and i think they have a new employee who was so rude and nasty! She was a shorter African American woman. She rolled her eyes at me and was disgusting.she clearly does not need to work there. Every time i come into this store NO ONE ever looks happy or is happy to help people.

Excellent service, great customer service and ability to due a fantastic job Always ready to help with any problem that you have. Makes coming to them very easy.

I really don't appreciate the worker Kim, she said "I just want to kill myself" and that isn't something I would like to hear in a workplace, get it together Kim. Meditate or something.

Unhelpful incompetent staff who treat you like you're bothering them. Printed label but didn't feel like putting it on the package in my presence. The Seven Hills location is 20-30 minutes out of my way but I will go there to avoid this joke of a store.

Employees aren’t happy- everytime I ask for something, they say “the owner won’t do this, the owner won’t do that…”. I don’t like this location.

Never had a delivery service give me the run around about getting my package, won't even let me pick it up they're njist going to keep trying to deliver it while I'm at work. Will never use them again or let anyone I know use them either.
