I have been going to this UPS store for years. Great staff & always efficient & helpful. When I didn’t get a package when I was suppose they helped me with steps to get my money back. Wouldn’t go to any other store!

The owner, Jason Wingo was so rude for no reason. I would never do business at this location ever again. AVOID THIS LOCATION AND GO TO THE PERIMETER LOOP LOCATION. Jason has had multiple complaints and I will be contacting corporate to discuss this matter.

Charged me $1.24 to tape a small box for Amazon return, what a rip-off: (
Last time I me they charged me 2.75 to print a return label for Amazon return.

Had a very disrespectful experience at this store and was treated very poorly. Would not recommend going here, they double charged me for my items and were not apologetic at all. The treated me like a second class citizen

Very quick and efficient service! I was in and out within 5 minutes despite a line when I walked in. They even offered a military discount on my shipping fees for the package I was mailing!

Two gentlemen were working when I arrived completely unprepared to return a package. The guy assisting me was extremely helpful & took care of every detail to return my package, I didn’t have to do a thing! So helpful!

I needed to make several returns yesterday, and with two twin babies at home, I was running very late. When I got to the doors of UPS I realized it was closed and I had just missed their normal operating hours. I turned to go back to my car and an employee ran out to help me with all the packages I was carrying. His name is Jesse and he stayed and helped me with my returns even though he had already closed the doors. It meant so much to me and I’m so thankful for the great customer service!

12/23: Would give 0 stars if I could. The woman with blonde curly hair needs to really watch the way she speaks to customers, especially with her being in a leadership role. Talking down to customers is not a cute look and makes your store look really bad. Also, if you're that unhappy with your job? Quit. Don't take it out on others, we're not forcing you to keep that job. Lastly, you refused service to me first on Monday because you didn't feel like assisting and told me to come back today, so I did. You asked your new hire to "handle me" because you still did not want to help me for whatever reason, but he had to ask for your help anyways according to him because he was brand new. Then you told me that you weren't going to give me a receipt today then told me to take my shipment elsewhere because you're once again refusing to help (but still wouldn't state why). You should be extremely careful about what you say and how you say it to others because you never know what kind of power they have. Unluckily for you, I know a lot of people in power that work for UPS and will be contacting them to come handle this woman. Luckily I got all of today's interactions on camera and I can't wait to show the video to the appropriate people to ensure that this doesn't ever happen again.

Reply to reply: I wasn’t shipping through another vendor, I was shipping through UPS as I stated when I was there. Also I ship through your location ALL the time as I also stated when I was there. Lastly, businesses thrive when customer service is put first. Customer service is when you invest in your customer to earn their business now or in the future even if what you’re doing at this moment doesn’t involve a monetary exchange. It’s the little things that keep a customer coming back. I used to ship through this location all the time, now due to one bad experience where a clerk wouldn’t take a moment to weigh a package that I wasn’t immediately shipping and giving him money for you, will no longer receive my business.
Rude. I needed to weigh my package so I could go home and print a label. I realize that this is a UPS Store and not actually UPS but I frequently use this location and I’m a good customer. I waited in line just for the man at the counter refuse to weigh my package because he said they had customers waiting. In all the time we argued about why he couldn’t weigh my package he could’ve weighed it 10 times. I’ll never go here again, you’ve lost my business forever, I’ll use the UPS customer service center from now on.

Came in today for a notary and needed the document scanned & emailed. Jenn helped me out & she was very professional and polite, she made the whole process super easy for me! I will return for her services anytime I need a notary. Thanks Jenn for all your help today!

I always visit this UPS store for notary service and Jennifer does an excellent service for my notary, she is very professional and helped me out with documents. She is very experienced and knows if any documents are missing from the check list. I got an appointment before closing and I had to get these things done right away and she was so patient and helpful.

Very minimal, but very efficient. Went in to return an Amazon package. Didn't have to print out a label. Didn't have to repackage. Just return through the app and get qr code for UPS associate to scan. I was in and out in 1 minute.

I had a package delivered to this UPS Store and received a notification that it was ready for pick-up. When I got to the store the UPS rep was unable to locate the package and told me maybe it hasn't been processed yet. Not sure what that means or why I would receive the ready for pick-up if it wasn't processed. He didn't even look at my ID or ask for the tracking number. It seemed to me that would be more looking and researching for my package to him. I now have to go back tomorrow after they do there so call "processing". What a joke.
