16I was not able to recycle a cardboard shipping box and they lied that the dumpster was full.
I had an antique lamp over 100 years old that was sent to Florida. It got to me safe and was packaged wonderfully! Thank you!
I cannot ask for better staff there is a an exceptional young gentleman that every time I walk into I look to see if he's working why because he literally tries to go out of his way to help you I am disabled he's trying to offer to bring in my packages he's boxed them for me and I felt that it was all a fair price I've never had a problem with this location whatsoever and I'll keep coming back to this location just love the staff there
My package has been sitting there for 4 days now hasn't moved. I call customer service.and some foreigner answers and can't help me because I can't understand what she is saying. I will never use ups again yall are a joke.
Owner is untrustworthy and doesn't take employee issues/safety seriously, and the store is understaffed most of time.
The staff is ok. The guys will help. I was sending off a package and proceeded to wait while the female co workers were having a conversation with the UPS guy. The blonde female clearly saw me and did nothing. As soon as the nice guy that did wait on me finished, I was able to observe as another customer walked in which of course, she greeted and helped.
UPS Please do better. Simply ridiculous. If you’re at a counter, acknowledge that someone will be with you.
The staff at this location are exceptional. Trevor is consistently professional and always polite. He follows through 100% on whatever I need done. This is the location I use for my shipping needs.
Excellent customer support, they help me find a bag for my package, and was very helpful making sure my package was shipped.
This location was not open during their posted hours. It is 9: 30 in the morning on Monday. Three people in addition to myself have attempted to go inside.
Drove past and had something to ship and saw the open sign in the window so I stopped only to find a locked door and the gate down despite the giant OPEN sign in the window. Maybe actually change the sign when you close?
Very professional staff, polite knowledgeable and fast service. Open new box here and so much more convenient than usps.
Great! 3rd in line and it took only 4 minutes to get proof of drop off with tracking numbers for 2 pre-labeled packages.
They don't like to deal with packages that are damaged by there own people. Getting people around and not dealing with stuff that is your own problem and should have been dealt with is not professional and a very poor way to run a business like that. If I could give less then one star rating I would. Definitely would not trust them with your packaging
I needed to return merchandise. I called and John was helpful and gave clear consise instructions. When I arrived Jordan was there to further help me. The company I was returning did not send proper return labels. Jordan was so patient. She saw my frustrations and walked me through it. I chatted with the company and they emailed me the needed labeling. She saved me the unnecessary headache of leaving and inadvertently keeping damaged goods or paying out of pocket.

Great service! I needed to print some gift certificates for my business (and quickly), I gave a call in and was given easy instructions on how to order them, and they were done within minutes and looked amazing! Staff was very pleasant! Great job!
Horrible Service and Shipping Issues. Needed a battery label for my box and they did not have the right one. I brought the file to print for them and the girl working wanted to charge $5 for a single color print. (Inconvenience charge for her?) This all happened after my last shipment got held for 2 months because they put the wrong label on my last package. You can tell the young workers here don't care about helping or know whats going on.
